Theater is nice. Kids love the slide. Seats are ok. Online tickets are convenient. Family ticket prices help make this more affordable. Concessions are really expensive.
Regal Pinnacle is a great movie theater. One thing I love about this place is their lineup consistently has classics from previous decades, foreign films, or unique titles to mix it up in addition to all the current blockbusters you would expect. Facilities are great and on par with any nice, large theater. Many popular films are available in a few different formats.
What an amazing theater. We went to try to meet up with our school. We were the only ones to show up. If someone from the school had made plans Tuesdays would be better. We weren't prepared to pay thought the school confirmation was our tickets. The cashier stood and counted change with me and helped me very much. My daughter has special needs we will definitely be going back. Most likely on Tuesdays try to make a better time for my daughter to meet the kids from school.
Regal used to be a great place to see a movie. However, with them changing to Pepsi products, I will not be getting any drinks or overpriced popcorn, pretzels or candy from them. If I didn't have the Regal Crown Club Unlimited membership, I'd just wait for the movie to come on TV. Other than that, it's one of the best theaters to go to in Knoxville.
Overall busy location in Turkey Creek, yet relaxing theatre with comfortable seating. When I went, the select theater I was in, was 95% empty. I loved it. Just what I needed after a long week! Saw a great live performance streamed on the big screen. Sound was great too! Thank you
Very clean and cool on the inside! It has a full arcade on the top level with a slide to the bottom level! Our son had a blast!
This is a really nice theatre. I’m in Knoxville for work and we have seen 3 movies at least in the last month. They have a bar, arcade, slide in the lobby for kids, and regular consession. We have always had good service, it is clean, and there is places to sit in the lobby while you wait. We like this location a lot!
The theater is always very clean. It offers a variety of food and snacks. I find their restrooms clean too. If I could make a suggestion it would be to have an ample service staff on the refreshment counter, sometimes the wait can be lengthy. I hope in the future they upgrade the seating to more recliners. I do not like that theychanged their rewards points where they will expire. When they first came out they were able to roll your rewards over from year to year
