The ticket counter provides faster ticket in comparison to app and atvm machine but there is long line during rush hours. For UTS App ticket there is QR code inside but sometimes it doesn't work due to light coming from the opposite window which reflects during scanning and at the entrance of the platform 1 there is atvm machine, you can use upi code to take tickets which is way faster if you want to avoid long lines.

Travel time nice experience and flatform are near n clean

Public should learn to keep it clean and hygenic. Know the utility values

I purchased a ticket pass for a month but no tt will be there to check whether people have pass or not and money got wasted

From Borivali local to outbound trains terminus, the same platform continues however needs un upgrade of amenities as there are no clean hygienic restrooms, drinking water booths, eatery stalls or even shade between the 2 stations. It's a long stretch of tiring walk.
