Public toilets on Google Maps but not free. It's not mentioned anywhere on the maps, no offer to chance somewhere nearby, no card payments only coins. Person working there said only "Only coins, no card". Misguiding people online. Shame.
Very rude attendant. She accused me of not paying because she didn’t see when I payed. She didn’t believe me when I said I already payed and was very aggressive. I will never come here again.
If you are looking for a baby change, this public toilet offers free of charge. However other regular toilet use will cost 30p. The restroom is well maintained and clean.
Cashless city, not cashless toilet
Horrible staff denied me use of the disabled toilet without "paperwork", but refused to tell me what paperwork they would need.
The staff member seemed smug at turning me as away as if she'd "caught me" trying to use the facilities for free.
I am disabled under the Equality Act, but as I don't qualify for a blue badge or use aides I can only assume she was making this decision based on my appearance. Blatant discrimination.

It was nice compared to the other public toilets, especially in a train station. Two cleaners were there when I was there. The toilets were packed but the line moved quickly because there are many stalls.

Trying to find a public toilet 🤢 I guess to ask the security inside of Buckingham Palace Gate to let me in just to use the toilet 😆😵💫🤔 But by mistake my name wasn’t in the guest list!😵💫

Always very clean and fresh smelling...Hot water always available...30p entrance fee.
Not as accessible as it cost 30p while the M&S one is free
The toilets had a very large queue every day I was there and are very dirty and smelly, also the queue is due to the cleaner keeping shut more than half of the toilets as I heard to avoid to have to clean them. Is that right to do that?

It's ridicules to rate public toilet, but I've never seen such a messy toilet! It looked like no one was cleaning it for minimum a week!
Free to use toilets located below the railway station. Quite a few steps down to the toilets. Facilities are well maintained.

These are very gross and dirty. You have to pay £.50 to use it. And do not expect change back if you pay more. Good luck.
Clean toilets, reasonable price for London. You can go for free if you want to walk a little further
