Very worst service providing real estate, Please do not chose the family or ladies especially. Even purely unsafe situation makes this place.
I have raised many complaints but they are not even responded.
Many times I saw they are doing unhealthy activities.

We are paying high rent and charges comparatively to others but no quality and commitments providing these people.

Very nice accommodation and plus nice location.But coordination between the owner and watchman is good. But their selection on the tenant is to be concentrated more as there are problematic people who don't even adjust and implement their things even when notified.
So personally it can be conveyed.
But overall it is good

The worst experience ever specially the leasing team his name is Ahmed. We called for an apartment and he said its available and you can send the documents to release the offer letter then after one hour he said the unit is not available and we have leased it to someone else. They are not trustworthy and when I went to their office in Abu Dhabi, Ahmed was very rude and unprofessional. I am writing a bad review for the first time.
Property is really good.
But if you have emergency then you have to wait for long time I have informed my issue last night on emergency number person over the phone said it’s not possible now (sorry then why we have emergency number for what??) Then I called this morning still he says once someone is Available they will come.
So I just need to know either you have emergency number to solve issue or it’s better not to have .

They take so much time to respond almost we wait for 1 week we provide all the documents after 1 week they say we did not rent the apartment to filipinos. if you are not deal with filipinos so why you says send the request why you ask for family documents why to ask for salary certificate bank statement
