Easy to sign up with them, but try claiming, its impossible, and customer service is a skill they have yet to learn, I would rather go with a different insurer, if a zero rating was possible, they would have it.

I keep getting phonecalls several times a day after expressly stating I am NOT interested. Have asked several times to be removed from the spam call list. Call me again and i am making a case against you for harrassment. This is your final warning.

Their call centre is pathetic - can't get through most times, and when I did, I held on for more than 15 minutes and no one took my call. They are worse than SARS

If i could give a 0 star rating i would, but anyway. Do not i say it again do not sign up with Verseker. I changed my insurance to Verseker because they where full of promisses. My policy was not even active yet when they just cancelled it and did not inform me about that untill 2 day's after my policy should be active and my old policy was already cancelled leaving me un insured. Then they tell my that my banking detail is wrong but they did take the money for the second policy. So yes how is that posible if my banking detail are wrong? Then i have to reconfirm my details 4 time to get the policy active. Nou they do the debit order. All good. And sorted or is it. A second deduction was put though and nou i dont have enough money in that acount for it do i pay R105 banking fees for an unpaid bounce. I phone they say it is sorted. Not realy. They try again. No funds pay R105 for that. Phone and get a ooooo i am soooooo sorry this will not happen agian. Yea right. Guess what they tried again this morning. Another R105. And they cancell my policy again. Nou i am uninsure less R315 and less my money they did thake of R4379.48. And dont get me started on the always broken website. So inclosing do not use these people unless you have money to through away and fight like hell to get back

I switched from Santam after an extremely disappointing experience with their vehicle insurance. 1st for Women have been absolutely incredible. From vehicle claims, to their Guardian Angel home assist 10|10!

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. I wish I could give you none! This company is a joke. They're theifs and stealing everyone's money. They refuse to cancel your policy and continue to debit your account. So many frustions with this pathetic Company. Don't waste your time, they lie to you. 😡

I had been with Dial Direct for 3.5 yrs, charged me R1350 for a 2020 Renault Triber. I then traded-in for a 2023 Haval H6 and they wanted to charge me R2350!
I called Budget and they quoted me R1195 for the Haval and Outsurance quoted R1077.
I can't believe Dial Direct was charging me more for a 3.5 year old car with 1/3 the value of my new car and even when presented with this information they refused to budge lower than R1950.
I rather lost out on my 4 year bonus with them than staying with them and being rip-offed every month

I am very concerned about the botched installation and have now been placed in an even worse position by your latest contractors and still no relief on my side.
The contractors did not bring pipe and nobody listened to me from the beginning regarding the pipe... Had you listened to what I said from the beginning then this would've been resolved long ago!
Your latest contractors unscrewed our control box to replace with a new one, upon instruction of who knows who, they removed the box and left ours in the cabinet, refusing to reconnect it. They neglected to bring sufficient connector fittings for the new pump and removed the fittings off my pump and connected it to the new pump, they took all this with them when they left.
They actually wanted to take my old pump and cables with them as well and I refused as they did not install the new pump yet.
I honestly don't know what kind of business you guys are attempting to do, but this has been a huge nightmare for me.
It feels like I am part of a never ending practical joke.
When are you installing the pump????
Can we please get this mess sorted at the soonest as I am still without water and desperately needed to plant grazing two months ago already!

I am terribly disappointed in the service I received in the past month at 1st for women's claims dept. They pride themselves in saying they protect the safety of women, but when it came down to it the representative that handled my case put us in danger by sending us back to the area where we were thrown with stones and a tourist was killed just for taking a wrong turn. All this to get an affidavit which could be obtained from the police on request as stated by the officers at the station. They had to escort us out of the area for our own safety. It took 36 days for our claim to be finalized, because of this. I also had to keep phoning them to hear what is going on with my claim. Because it took so long to finilize the claim the time on our rental car expired and we are now without a means to get to work and it will cost us more than R2000 a week to uber to work. I have asked to speak to a manager numerous times, but they are always busy and never calls back. I have also lodged a complaint at their complaints department and have not heard anything back yet. I will not recommend them to anyone again.

It took more than a month for our claim to be finalized. The consultant that was assigned to our case failed to communicate important information to us and put our lives in danger by insisting we go back to the area where we were attacked in the first place to go get an affidavit after we had already opened a case at he police station and gave them the case number. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone ever again. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

So far I have had a great service experience with them (portable possessions insurance). I'm sorry to read so many bad experiences, but truly mine has been great so far!

Terrible terrible terrible I hate this company people please all they want is your money they don’t care about there clients they debited me after cancellation after I told them numerous of times with different consultants and it was canceled according to them only to find out a month later it was not because I was debited. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

Terrible no one bother to give me a call about the claim and they referred me to a repairer that’s in Paarl that can only fix my vehicle end of August 2023 from June imagine soo dissapointed in this insurance and my car is still standing and waiting to be fixed or taken to the repairer

Once you are a client with them they never phone you back no matter how many requests you log, they are in no way interested in keeping their clients happy. I can't even get hold of them to cancel my insurance since they won't even try matching the opposition's amount to keep a client. Honestly the worst service i have ever had from an insurance company. If i could give 0 stars i would.

It is a pity they sell their clients information to scammers and spammers. I've tested by given only them my second number, not even a day and the calls flood my phone. Car tracking companies, debt consolidation etc.

Got a huge increase on my premium ony cars that are another year older. Was not notified until I requested a new policy schedule. This is disgusting. How can you justify a R600 increase on vehicles that are now 1 year older? Would not recommend at all. Absolutely disgraceful

I decided to cancel my policy today, because of a steep increase in my monthly fee and a high excess amount.
When I phoned in to cancel, I was transferred to a Alwyn Labuschagne. I asked that I don't want a sales pitch and that I just wanted to cancel my policy where after he got extremely sarcastic. He just confirmed to me that my decision to cancel was correct.

These guys do absolutely anything to delay the claims process. I had some individual items such as my vehicle and my cellphone insured with outsurance, they paid out within 3 days after getting all the necessary documentation. Virseeker, after all my paperwork has been submitted, police documentation and multiple other requests have been fulfilled, they keep requesting more irrelevant documentation to delay.

Had a break in some important and urgent things have been stolen that I need to work with and Virseker is finding every excuse to delay the claims process after a week and a half where I submitted all the necessary documentation. There’s zero communication back, and it’s been a very long and tedious experience after all. This is my first time dealing with insurance and I’m considering changing already.

Pathetic customer service. Claimed for a vehicle accident. My vehicle has been with the repairer for nearly 5months already. Called because they told me my car is done, it's in worse condition than what it was before the collision. And now they want to charge me nearly R300 more to push the cover back up to full comprehensive. I have contacted the call centre, and I have spoken to the assessors to escalate. Nothing gets done

Insurer sent out their plumber. I had to pay R420 for the parts, which I agreed to. When plumber tried to install the part - they caused >R20,000 in damages (amount confirmed by assessor). It also came to light the plumber didn't actually install the new part I was charged for.
Been fighting with Dial Direct for 3 weeks, and still unresolved. Now Dial Direct are saying I need to potentially cover half (R10k) of the damages that their contractor caused, on a job which should have cost me R420.
No hot water,, further damage caused, geyser system still not fixed, no feedback / replies, only endless follow-up calls from me to by try get some info from the people I thought would look after us.
