Excellent venue for a show!
Staff are incredible and the sound is great!
I highly recommend hitting up a concert if you're in the area or even if some travel is required.

This is, by far, the worst venue for a concert in Michigan. I have been to over 30 for comparison. The parking lot is a unmaintained mud pit with poor signage. No direction, urgency, or security provided by the unorganized staff which had cars backed up beyond the nearest highway exit and added a significant amount of time to get in the door. The "security" only exists to pretend to wand you for 1 second and then wave you on. The "balcony upgrade" is a railing on one side stacked 3+ people deep with everyone squeezing in to try to get a video on their phone, blocking everyone else's view. The "balcony" on the opposite side of the venue is staff-only and was empty while the rest of us packed tightly into the only open one. One of the very wide hallways inexplicably has a regular house-sized doorway which would surely be a bottleneck in any emergency like a fire. Unless you are in front of the stage and damaging your hearing, the sound is very poor due to the high-ceilings. Don't expect to enjoy anything at a distance. I will NEVER be returning here, and nobody else should either. If I could give negative stars, I would. Such a complete waste of money and time. It's a shame because the the bands that performed tonight are always fantastic in any other venue.
But hey, it's air-conditioned at least.

This was my first time at this venue for a sold out show. I loved the industrial look and feel. It was spacious with tall ceilings, and it did not get too hot inside the venue. Parking was on sight and they offered cash, venmo, and cashapp for payment which was so convenient.

If you plan to park on site come early, traffic getting into the parking lot off the highway is awful. Parking lot accepted cash app and Venmo.
Space never felt too crowded! I had fun, will be going back!

Went to Roundabout festival and had a great time. The venue was fun and the lines for drinks or bathroom wasn't bad at all.

Only complaints: parking was wonky and there was no place to sit down (awful over 9 hours).

Visited here my first time for the Roundabout festival and loved the venue. A great use of the space including a big area for merch, coat check, lots of room to sit if you need to while stile being able to see the stage. Went on a cold day but the building wasn’t cold by any means, the staff was super nice and helpful. Loved this place

We went here for the monsters ball halloween event. The venue itself was actually pretty clean there was security and it felt safe. The event itself wasnt what it was suppose to be. We were suppose to have shows and VIP bathrooms with there weren't any. There was a vip bar so they could make even more money then the over priced tickets we payed for with vip(100.00 each). To not offer the amenities they said and for the vip areas to be smaller then the rest of the show was as ridiculous. I will say that my lady was pleased with the way they maintained the restrooms. They had employees on staff cleaning the bathrooms between uses. We even left early the show was so good.

This old place has such character and tons of history!! There is a HUGE antique store on the first floor Detroit Urban Artifacts that is worth the trip!! This is a great place to take cool pictures and explore!

Visited for a concert and was really impressed with the utilization of such a unique space. Drinks were reasonably priced and there’s free street parking if you’re there early enough (otherwise they charge a fee in their lots, pricing depends on the event).

Great venue! Not too hot or too loud. Parking can be annoying and it’s sometimes hard to get a good vantage point for watch bands. But otherwise it was pretty good!

Attended for the Michigan Glass Project. Very cool venue and hosted by some cool people. Look forward to future events here.

Parking can be a little tricky.

Great venue for a festival. Large open floor with a big stage. Cool warehouse vibe with areas for merch. They have their own bars and spacious bathrooms. Large outdoor smoking/food truck area.

Don't let the outside fool you. This place is awesome for concerts.
