We went in 'for a look' and fell in love with our new family member, Molly, a beaglier. The staff were wonderful in helping us - first time dog owners- and were excellent in follow up inquiries as we found our way. Molly is a wonderful addition, so friendly and so loved.

Can’t believe it’s 2023 and we are still supporting a business that is nothing more than a glorified shopfront for unethical backyard breeders and puppy farms. Think twice before buying a puppy from here as you aren’t only supporting puppy farms but you’re also potentially committing to dog that will have lifetime health issues.

We bought both our cavoodles through boutique paws 12 months apart and we couldn’t be happier.

The initial service was excellent! Wil was very supportive and helpful throughout our decision making. He was also a wealth of information and fantastic with follow up questions.

Bought a minibordoodle from here about 18 months ago. Staff were helpful, so initial experience was good. Unfortunately the little man has had problems with his legs ever since. He's not even 2 yet and has elbow and hip dysplasia. Spend thousands on painkillers, x-rays and CT scans all ready, and its only a matter of time before he will need surgery. The genetics on him are all kids of messed up and clearly not from a breeder who has any idea what they are doing.

The poor little guy is such an energetic happy boy and I'm being forced to take away all the things he loves doing, so that he's not in constant pain.
I have learnt me lesson and will never be buying from here again and recommend people do the same, especially if getting a mixed breed.

A bought my beautiful puppy almost a month ago from here. At first I was a little hesitant due to reading some of these reviews. So I gave them a call and had a reassuring chat and went to meet one of their lovely pups. When we arrived there was many pups all seemed to be happy healthy and in a clean environment. We met our little one and fell in love instantly. Every possible question we had was answered well with a great deal of detail. We ended up taking our pup home with an in depth booklet. This gave us all her information including her breeders information. Very happy I went here and if we ever do get a second one will for sure look here again.

Boutique Paws source their dogs from puppy farms. Since purchasing my toy poodle from
Boutique Paws In August 2020 I have spent over $10,000 dollars in vet bills due to his various health issues including heart problems, trachea problems, hypoglycemia, bad knees and now severe hip dysplasia - looking at a further $12,000 to fix this.

When you buy a dog from Boutique Paws you receive a “12 month health guarantee” which is said to cover any issues if they arise. What they don’t tell you is that if you try contacting them about this, the owner Matt will promise to help (if he even answers at all - good luck with that one) and then gradually stops responding to you, dodging all calls and will eventually just ghost or block you altogether.

Read the other reviews here on google and also look up the Walkerville Vet who has spoken out against this despicable business. If you do go ahead and purchase a dog from Boutique Paws then I urge you to get pet insurance from day 1 - you'll need it.

In response to the owner's comment below: Lightly stepping on a puppy’s paw doesn’t cause hip dysplasia and that was not the reason he required emergency care, you're well aware of that.

Your vet only saw Henry for a checkup before his serious issues began. They then referred us to the Marion Animal Hospital. Every vet and animal hospital we've been to since (which is many) roll their eyes and groan at the mention of "Boutique Paws". Your shop doesn't have a bad reputation for no reason.

Another update 2023: Henry has now had to have surgery for a luxating patella on his right leg in addition to the hip dysplasia on his left side.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars! They sold my family a sick pup. Then had the nerve to deny that his sickness was their fault even though our vet has said they've had NUMEROUS dogs with this awful parasite come from this horrid place. BEWARE of this puppy farm. Our beautiful lab did not deserve to die from giardia!

Cherry-Biscoff settled into her new home from night one, was already crate trained and didn't cry at night.

I often don't make time to share positive stories but honeslty have to share this one. Boutique Paws has changed our lifes giving us our best girl. Our girl is healthy and has been tested by our vet for Giardia, this seems to be a public concern and she is NEGATIVE! We couldn't be happier with our fur baby. The serviced received was outstanding. After our beloved curly coat retriever died in Dec at the ripe old age of 15 our family was absolutely gutted. He had been such a part of our lives that there was this massive hole missing every single day. I swore I wasn't going to consider getting another dog for at least a year.

On a whim, our family headed to Boutique Paws so the kids could hang out with some puppies as we all missed having a dog around. After we had been there for a while and seen a couple of rotations of the different dogs (so they could play), the staff brought out a group of AussieDoodles - a breed I had never heard of. I watched them play around a bit and there was one in particular that caught my attention. He was playful, but not over the top, he would watch the other dogs with curiosity and when they were getting a bit too boisterous he would slide under the cupboard and chill out - leaving his back legs sticking out from underneath. When the next rotation came I asked the staff if they could leave him out for a while so we could spend some more time with them - which they were more than happy to do.

Anyway, my wife and I start playing with the AussieDoodle puppy more, the kids are already in love with him and I turned to my wife and said, "I think we should get him". It is a decision that I will never regret.

"Arlo" is the coolest dog in the world (our son named him from an Episode of Brooklyn 99!). Smart as anything, loving beyond words he has filled a hole that I didn't think could be fixed. He is just as happy chilling out in the backyard as much as when we take him for a walk in the park. He is just a pleasure to have in our lives.

The staff at B.P. were so helpful with all the information they gave us and clearly care about all of their dogs. They do a great job with rotating the puppies so they get play time and making customers feel welcome. I can't recommend them enough.

We have always planned on getting two dogs so they have each other for company and we already know where the next one will come from.
