I cannot say how extremely happy I am with the service. Corals showed up packaged perfectly, still warm. The freebie is always appreciated. Candy corals will be my go to place to order online
First time ordering and I was NOT disappointed! The fish are gorgeous and healthy; the shipping was fast; the packaging & protection were perfect. I will definitely be purchasing from Candy Corals again!
Bought a young yellow watchman goby from Candy Corals. The service was very friendly, the store was extremely clean and well kept. The goby found comfort and immediately made friends with my clowns. Phil was also eating the same night.
Something to note, their fish are well kept and are full of life! Their corals are so nice to look at, also you can see they are very healthy and high quality. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

I often visit Candy Corals, and it’s hands-down the best saltwater fish store I’ve come across. Whether you’re a seasoned aquarist or just starting out, this place has everything you need.
The selection of fish, corals, and invertebrates was outstanding. The tanks were immaculate, and all the livestock looked healthy, vibrant, and well-cared for. From exotic species to popular favorites, the variety was impressive. They even had rare corals that I hadn’t seen elsewhere!
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They took the time to answer all my questions, provided helpful advice on tank setups, and even gave tips on how to maintain optimal water quality. Their expertise and willingness to share made my visit not just a shopping trip but a learning experience.

I had one of the best customer service experiences in the hobby at this store. I reached out about a specific fish that was out of stock, and Arun went above and beyond by placing the order immediately and notifying me within five days when it was ready for pick-up. The store itself is a treasure trove, featuring an incredible selection of both tropical and marine livestock that are clearly well-cared for. The quality and variety are truly impressive.

I recently purchased some fish from Finny Friends, and while they initially showed signs of stress, I reached out to the owner for support. Fish lovers this is the ultimate place to shop. I just had the most amazing experience today. Delivery service is my option & today the staff worked all day to make my delivery happen & it did. I received my snow white guppies & they are absolutely beautiful. I recommend this location 150%.
I am from Sarnia. I was greeted with a smile when I came in . I was able to take my time looking at the incredible fish they had to offer. Clean store with clean tanks. I chose my Fish, a beautiful flowerhorn, and it was lovingly bagged up. I had a feeling the man really loved his “pets”! When I said I had a long journey, the bag was filled with oxygen! I had the pleasure of visiting this local aquarium store about a week ago and am finally getting around to writing a review. I purchased a few shrimp and had the chance to meet Arun, the owner, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Arun's warmth and dedication to his store really stood out, and the great prices made the visit even better, especially in the hot weather. The store has a unique charm, and it's heartwarming to support a business like this. A little extra attention to cleanliness would make it even better, but overall, I highly recommend this local gem.
This was the first time ever order any type of coral online. Definitely not disappointed in Candy Corals, the selection of live stock is great and priced very reasonable. The overnight delivery option is great. Order arrive the very next day when shipped. This a fantastic as my order was shipped to Alberta. Corals arrived in great condition and they have adapted very well to their new surroundings. Would definitely order again.

Amazing place to buy fishes and plants for your aquarium, great collection.
The owner was really rude and racist and literally insulted me and my kids… he kept following us all around the store like we were going to steal fished from out of the tank. Made us feel really uncomfortable and super insulted. I would not recommend you buy fishes from him at all. It would be better if you just go to big als down the road.
Got my fish there two or three days ago. The fish I got was sick with internal parasites. I would go to bigAl’s next time even the price of fish in this store is lower than bigAl’s, but it doesn’t worth to risk it.

Beautiful store, friendly owners. Good variety of fish/livestock and other accessories. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. Hope to be back again!
We did not have a good experience here unfortunately. We spent $150 on 4 angel fish and 5 barbs sadly 2 angel fish and 1 of the barbs died within 2 days. We have a very healthy tank we test it do water changes regularly. We went in to talk the the guy we bought them from and he was the most arrogant and condescending person he literally started a sentence “ well what we say here in the fish world is blah blah blah” I would have been happy if he’d offered even one free fish but no he was a condescending———— so we went to big Al’s and they at least have a 5 day warranty on their fish.
Update:Had a scary experience with shipping company delivered to wrong address!

Phenomenal these guys are great I ordered a silver arowana from them and they went out of their way to hand deliver him from Mississauga to Barrie on a Saturday at that ! And without me even asking !! And the Arowana himself is very healthy and active as he should be I absolutely recommend this store !

Probably one of the best, if not THE best fish stores in the GTA! I have been keeping betta fishes for almost 20 years and by far, this store has the healthiest looking ones in the city! I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking for betta fish to come here- not only do they have the rare breeds (koi, dumbo, shortail marbles), they’re all thriving! Amazing job, store owner!
Got 4 bags of Fluval Stratum substrate from them - they had the best price when I was looking around. They live by their name! 🙂
Today I bought a peacock bass from this store. Owners are amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me peace of mind with helping me make my decision. Amazing selection and the fish are all healthy and taken care of in the store. Would recommend visiting!
An awesome place to visit with gorgeous displays to look at as well as healthy and interesting stock! This place also has some of the most stunning bettas, angelfish and freshwater rays I’ve ever seen in person. Unlike many stores that sell large fish, the tanks were large enough for the fish to swim comfortably. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful. 100% a visit!
Has a great selection of unique and healthy monster fish! The staff were very attentive and clearly cared about their fish and the cleanliness of the store. A great place to pick up things like red bellied and black piranhas as well as an amazing section of young and large arowanas. All fish looked well fed and very attentive. Even thought the mostly carry things for monster fish, they also have a great selection of high quality foods and terrestrial plants. Can’t wait to stop by here again!
We had a great experience stopping by Aquatopia! We have ordered thier discus before and they have a great selection of freshwater fish. Discus from 3"-5" beautiful and lots of fancy goldfish, oh not to mention great customer service!
Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Great experience and definitely would recommend! Oh, and also an amazing selection of Bettas. I picked up a beautiful female Galaxy Betta, a few Green Danios, Rummy-nose, and Neon Tetras. All in good health and doing very well together!
Great selection of plants, aquarium plants, puffers, discuss and angle fish. They have some unique fish that not all stores do. Puffer and angle fish prices are fair. Other fish are decently priced. Store is a bit small, lots of parking. Employees are nice and helpful.
Best aquarium store in Ontario. Knowledgeable staff, kind owners and great variety of exotic fish you can’t find anywhere else. I love my piranhas, all fish are healthy and the store is kept nice.
