This Michael’s location had the exact frames I needed, and I was provided phenomenal customer service by the lady running the checkout. I had a few questions about their discounts, and she went above and beyond to answer all of my qualms.

Picture frames is what I use this place for. Also it’s got a great name. There’s plenty of glitter if you need arts and crafts. Whatever holiday is upcoming they’ll have decorations

Was looking for screen printing paints and a lovely young lady with the name tag Nova helped me out. She went out of her way to make sure I found the right paint I needed even though they didn't carry it in this location she showed me which other michaels store could have it. She was also very polite at the check out and overall made my experience very welcoming. 10/10 will be coming to this Michaels Instead of others.

Just went to this Michaels and had such a lovely experience. Was helped by Alyssa and Novia they were both super kind and sweet and helpful. They deserve a raise. I already loved Michaels and they made me love it more <3

Michael's great items that I will buy. Recently, 1I needed help in framing. Waiting for a sales person for a long time. I finally walked up to the front of the store. They called them, and I walked back to ask my question. She had an attitude I didn't appreciate. Yes, I will continue to shop at Michael's. Will not expect much help.

I had recently landed a new job that required me to wear a black hat as part of the uniform. I was very excited about this opportunity, but I also faced a problem: I did not own a black hat. I searched online for some places that sold black hats, but none of them seemed to have the right size, shape, or style that I wanted. There was only one store that I knew for sure carried black hats, and it was quite far from my home. I decided to take a chance and drive there, hoping that they would have what I needed.

When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a friendly salesperson who asked me what I was looking for. I told him that I needed a black hat for my new job, and he directed me to the hat section. I scanned the shelves, looking for the perfect black hat. To my dismay, I saw that most of the hats were either too big, too small, or too flashy for my taste. I was about to give up when I spotted a black hat that looked just right. It was simple, elegant, and fit me perfectly. I grabbed it and checked the price tag. It was surprisingly affordable, and I felt a surge of relief and joy.

I quickly paid for the hat and thanked the salesperson. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I felt very lucky to have found the last black hat, and I could not wait to wear it for my new job. I hoped that it would make a good impression on my boss and co-workers and that it would bring me success and happiness.

I was charged for 8 candles yesterday when I only bought 6. I was so upset and stressed out that I didn't even use the ribbon or any other items that I had purchased. I went back in the morning with all the items purchased and my receipt.
I was treated with utmost respect and care, and everything was taken care of in just a few minutes. Kathy, the cashier who worked with me, is amazing! She is professional and positive and just the nicest!! So rather than write about my negative experience yesterday, I want to give a shout-out to Kathy!! THANK YOU, Kathy! You restored my faith in this Michael's store and I hope to see you again when I come back next time. You also brightened my day by treating me with such kindness and care. The world need more people like you. You are a blessing! ❤️

Super friendly staff, well-organized. It's more of a crafts store than an arts store, so not where I'd go for art supplies, but a great place to get iron-on transfers, embroidery supplies, etc.

Took in a painting with cracked glass to repair and they did an excellent job replacing the glass and making it look as good as new! It took about 5 days for the job to be completed and it was a very reasonable price. The staff was great to work with and very pleasant. Recommend this location!

As you can tell from some of my previous reviews I truly do like a craft store. That being said craft stores are kind of fickle when it comes to the employees yes the products may be the same but the experience is different every time because the employees make or break the store and in this case the employees were fantastic very knowledgeable and courteous I appreciate that and it makes me want to be able to shop there more frequently.

I always find what I need at Michael's. Today I needed help finding a mat for a picture I was framing, and I also needed gift bags and muffin cups. I was directed to each, found them quickly, and went home satisfied. Five stars for Michael's!

The employees were super helpful with us looking for something odd and specific. They didn't have it but tried their best to help us out by offering an alternative option.

Not sure why a lot of stores in general in California just don't seem to have stuff. This is a decent sized store but there was no cord for like macrame or like hemp bracelets anything like that. A lot of the beads were gone already. Pricing for the beats is a little expensive unless they're on sale so I wouldn't recommend getting them here. Also the staff is not the most helpful they seem to just kind of let you do your thing and you have to chase them down to you know ask any questions.

Overall a good store. Very clean and well organized. I found everything I needed and the staff were very polite. However, I had so much trouble walking here from the inside of the Mission Valley mall. It's located in such an awkward spot and it's really hidden. You have to go through the product loading area for the Target just to get there. It's a pain, but the store is fine.

Independently owned therefore they will not take any item back purchased from the website. They will also not honor website prices. Any other store Michaels store in the county will do so let’s give them their business instead.

At the entrance to this store, there is a section devoted to upcoming holidays and celebrations - and these items give me gifts and decorating ideas. The main reason I go to this store is to use the Framing Department. I get custom mattes for my photographs. These items go to my clients or are used in photo contests, and I am always pleased with their work.
