Unfortunately, I brought my mom a terrible ‘tiramisu’ cake for Mother’s Day from this place. We all left the dessert unfinished. Cheap whipped cream, soggy cannoli. I felt so disappointed.

I bought a slab of Timothy pizza and I was dry and did not feel fresh as it should have been . Paid $20 not worth it at all. Call to let them know and the person who pick up the phone said there nothing they can do. Real poor customer service

I loved this pastry store it's honestly a GEM in LaSalle. They have amazing selection of pastries/cakes. It is a bit pricy but the taste will leave you speechless. Trust me you won't be disappointed at all, it's worth every penny!

Customer service is not as expected, some staffs were not friendly. They tend to rush you to make an order.

I would say the only down side is that I once bought a cake and we found a hair in one of the slices. At the moment we didn't think about taking a photo because we were at a birthday party. So we threw away the first cake that had a strand of hair and cut down the second cake. Later that day, I called the store to let them know about the hair situation and they said they can’t do anything about it since we have no proof and that “people call to make false accusations”. That being said it sucks that they don't show any sense of empathy. The least they could do is apologize and wear hair nets.

Won't be back anytime soon due to personal experience however I definitely recommend this pastry shop!

When you step inside this bakery, you are taken away into another dimension from all the notes and aromas. You cannot resist buying everything from the shelf. You are greeted with welcoming staffs with contagious smile. I was on a time crunch and needed a personalized cake for a sweet sixteen. They took my order despite my late ordering timeliness (my cake was pretty simplistic). Not only they nailed the image I showed, but the taste of the cake was moist, perfectly sweetened. Price was very competitive!

This place is really good! Great quality, great service. If you are looking for them Italian pastries THIS IS THE PLACE!

They also have cold cuts and pasta’s.

I ordered the Ferrero Rocher cake for a co workers birthday! Everyone LOVED it!

Terrible customer service. We wanted to return the cake that we only tried a small piece but they didn’t accept. Do not waste your money on this store. We got a cake for the first time and it was absolutely nothing. 30 $ for a small cake only for cream and basic cake and not fresh. First time and last time. Not recommended

This place is the best reason to go to Lasalle. So grateful to our friend Jacqueline for introducing us to these amazing cakes.
The cakes are beautiful. Of course we want them to be.
More importantly, they are delicious. I was asked last night if the cake was worth the calories. ABSOLUTELY!
