他の人の口コミを見てお店のランチタイムに伺いましたが、立地を考えるとコスパはいいと思います。お店の場所はわかりづらいですが、入ってみると店内は広々としているので過ごしやすいかと。

接客に関して口コミ評価が別れてますが、今回挨拶すらしない無愛想な店員さんでした（1人しか見てないので他の人はわかりませんが入店時＆退店時同じ感じです。忙しいならまだ理解できますが店内数組しかいなくガラガラでした。）
初めての場所だったのですが入った後、声がけもなくどうしたら良いのかわからず少し不安になりました笑

普段接客はそんなに意識しないのですが、遅れてきた友人も全く同じこと言ってきたので同じことを思うお客様も多いと思います。いいお店なのにもったいないです、、泣

2023年11月22日水曜日の13時20分頃から利用。
特に待つこともなく席に座れましたが、90分制ではあるものの、最後に食事やドリンクを取りに行ける時刻は14時30分のようでした。

食事については、さわらのマスタードソースのソテー（だったかな）がかなり良かった。
他はプリンが甘過ぎないためおいしく食べられましたが、ハンバーグはパサく、個人的には合いませんでした。
アイスクリームは味はいいのですが、取ろうとしてもボックス内の土台が固定されておらず移動してしまい取り難かったことが残念です。
また、オレンジジュースや黒烏龍茶のドリンクスター前にコーヒーが入ったピッチャーを置きますと、コーヒーを入れているお客様とジュースを飲みたい私の両人が同時に飲み物をコップに注げなかったため、位置をずらしたほうが良いかと思います。

と、不満点はあったのですが、凄く良かったこともありました。それは美酢です。
美酢のカラマンシーとオレンジジュースの相性が良過ぎて、これだけでも価値があります。

ただ、1,870円近く出す価値があるかと言うと、フェアーやってるときの2,200円クラスのほうがコスパも含めていいと思うとしか言えないです。

会計について、ダイナースクラブはタッチ決済不可（タッチでなければ使えます）、三井住友グループの特別サービスも受けられません。私も三井不動産のタワーマンションを保有していますが、オーナー優待もホテルには適用されますがレストランで適用される箇所はごく一部です。その点は注意が必要です。

値段を考えて総合的には中ぐらいです。ローストビーフフェアとかやっているときならお値段は上がりますが、評価や満足度は上ですので、是非、フェアーがあるときに利用してみてください。

It was a little crowded, possibly because of our group, but they were uncommonly unprepared.

I had a great time having lunch buffet there. Although the selections are limited, they're all well prepared.

I've had my share of higher-end breakfast services at hotels, and this was disappointing. We were escorted to the back room, which had an incredible view but was very loud and crowded, including children throwing food on the ground. The water container was empty, as was the smoothie container (the water remained that way for awhile). The coffee was not hot. No selection of tea (there was one large container, likely also not hot). No apparent way to order any other beverages. Other guest reviews show espresso and nice beverages, perhaps that is in the front area of the restaurant only.

My husband and I both ordered the lobster omlette as we had heard rave reviews, perhaps coming down from Hokkaido we had high expectations, but the lobster was tough and the flavor was just OK. The soba and soba soup was a highlight. I was excited to see onsen egg, however, it lacked flavor. The bonito tataki was terrible. I'm not sure if the selections in the front area (which seemed more quiet and elegant) were better, but I was disappointed at the selection and quality for the price and for the Conrad, furthermore, for any hotel in Tokyo over 3 stars. This felt like it should have been a free continental breakfast.

Very slow service for terrible food that’s over priced. I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews but for dinner this place was terrible. For the breakfast buffet it’s good, for dinner nope. Ramen tasted and smelled old. The service took forever for something that tasted like left over ingredients from the breakfast buffet.

Had breakfast here during our stay at Conrad Tokyo. Food was great and they had a wide selection and variety of options.

During my stay at the Conrad Tokyo, I went here every day for breakfast. The food was good and the staff were friendly too.

While you may need to wait in line for a bit on some days, I think it is worth the wait.

I came here one time for lunch and had a relatively good experience and that is why I came back for the Christmas course. The staff was disoriented and kept bringing the wrong order. They forgot to bring one dessert that was part of the Christmas course, and the 6000 yen price for the course would justify for double the portions they provided. In particular the fact that they thought to bring shared plates for every single menu was completely unfathomable. I cannot recommend this place because they put profit so much above the customer, that it is painful to see.

decent price for a decent hotel buffet (opted for an early lunch rather than breakfast, 90mins time limit was enough)
> 5 pasta variety, 2 pizza variety, some japanese dishes, chicken tandoori, spanish omelette, curry, fried chicken/potato/menchi katsu.. some dessert options like spinach chou creme.. No soda drinks available, but there are apple vinegar drink,orange/grapefruit juices, coffee & tea options.
All in all, not bad considering the price.

Value for money buffet place for dinner. Always crowded. Attentive waiters.

Risotto was absolutely terrible. It was super watery and had no taste except some truffle oil and parmesean cheese that they give on the side. You can see the water pooling between the rice clumps in the photo. Other lunch dishes seemed to be a better value. This risotto was the worst thing I've been served in Japan and for 1,100yen, a damn travesty.

Disappointing. For the price, you would expect something great in here. The food is just average. You can spend far less money to get the better experience elsewhere.

Delicious and robust selection of fresh food. The whole family enjoyed. 120 minutes all you can eat, and you can add whiskey, sochu, sake, or beer to your order.

Nice atmosphere, just went there for a cafe which was ok. Popular so not quiet.
