Ordered a garage door at the Davison location, & got the wrong size. Our Clio location said the return would have to be completed at Davison. We did that, then returned to Clio to get the correct size. It wasn’t in stock, so we were told that it was out of stock & need to be ordered. When we reached out for an update for pick up, they had no record of our order. We were finally able to pick up today only because we were there to buy another item & it just happened to be in stock this time. But this took 3 separate visits, & 2 failed orders. Customer service could have been much better.
So my handicap father was shopping and the handicap electric cart ran out of battery and Carson in the garden section cared Enough to push my father all the way to the exit. Super nice super polite super helpful. Great guy, thanks Carson.
I love menards, and typically when I go here I have good experiences, i would have gaven 5 stars but today I bought 3 packs of veggie seeds that were on sale along with 3 bags of mulch,I used the long carts and accidentally left the cabbage,lettuce and broccoli seeds inside the cart in the basket part of the cart.
When I realized it I called them about 20 minutes after arriving home.she told me that they did find the seeds but I'd need my receipt to prove I paid for them
I actually threw the receipt out because who keeps receipts for things like that,BUT I could have shown the receipt on my phone from my bank statement
I however just decided to stay home because it's kind of ridiculous to have to proof I paid for less than a couple dollars worth of stuff
anyways I still love the store but I think maybe people could be a little less petty
My total was 6.68 so...I'm not a thief and don't appreciate being treated as such

Built a custom order from Dakota closets, ordered it and picked it up. The people who put the order together shorted us on many necessary items. This has been our 3rd trip to menards in 5 days. It is a 30 min drive there and back to pick up yet another thing we were shorted on. Shame on us for trusting that they could count and match up the correct number of items ordered to our pick up.
Super disappointed in the situation and how it has been handled. Wasted so much time and money on this already expensive project.

Extremely disappointed. Tell you that your order will be delivered on a certain day. You schedule to have the work done. Then the delivery sits at the warehouse with no estimated delivery time to the store. You offer to pick it up yourself and they tell you no. Will be shopping the Home Depot going forward.
Went in looking for shelves and found everything we needed. Had many shelves in stock and between this visit and last we cleaned them out. Good prices and clean restrooms.
Asked for help to load my pickup order of a dozen sheets of drywall and an interior door, said they’d send someone out to help me. Nobody came out to help and I had my kids in my truck so I didn’t have all day to wait. As I’m struggling to get the interior door outside and into my truck I hear the two guys making fun of me instead of helping. I think I’ll go to Lowe’s from now on.
By far my favorite Walmart. Kind staff and quick pickups! I lost my wallet here once, and the cart return employee took like 10 minutes out of his day to help me look for it. We did end up finding it!

I bought two easy boy chairs took one that night told sales person I'll pick up the other tomorrow they told me no problem they will box it and pull it off the floor, next day go to pick up my chair they couldn't find it waited 2 hours till they closed guy comes out tells me they sold it manager basically told me your out of luck can't do nothing for me which he didn't not happy with this store going to start shopping at Home Depot done with Menards! Seems like they got a lot of inexperienced people working at that store not happy at all with shopping there
It was very busy due to holiday shopping but the customer service counter was a great help. They were short a pwrson and still took care of buisness in a timely manner. Had to wait just a little bit to cash a check but its the hollidays and i get paid by the hour <3
This place is the best. The service here is awesome , Dr. Goode is great with my dog she comforted him so much and he is absolutely terrified of people but he was as calm as ever with her . He could sense her love and compassion for him .
I highly recommend this Veterinary business as they know what there doing and it definitely shows.

I think everyone in the area was shopping in the store. They rearrange the floor plan and I had to wander around forever. Spent more time in the store than I wanted. However they had a sufficient amount of check out lanes open. I was able to check out quickly.
Had a blowout on 75 and was lucky enough to make it to Walmart it was really close to close but you wouldn't know it by the way the employees acted. All three of them went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I tried to give them a tip but they would not take it. They even told him I'd drop it on the ground outside and they can find. Nope they couldn't take it. Excellent service thank you so much!
Nice and clean. I'm glad they built this Walmart for the country folks to come to instead of all the dollar stores everywhere. The insode of the store is always fully stocked and clean. The staff is always around to help and ask questions if you need to know where something is. They always have plenty of cashiers, so you don't have to wait in line to check out for a long time. Great job 👏 Walmart employees 👏 and keep up the hard work. We need ya. God bless 🙌 🙏 ya all.
Great place that has EVERYTHING. PLUS THEY ALWAYS DO THE 11% OFF OF EVERYTHING. We shop here for groceries 😋 household 🏠 supplies and our business supplies. The store is always stocked with everything we need and the staff is always around to give a hand or ask any questions you may have for them. Not like at other stores where the employees are hiding or don't have a clue.
There is a lot of parking spots. It's probably the most I've seen in a place in a while. The building itself is lovely, but I wonder what it was before. They have coin games in the entrance and a mini arcade. Though when attempting to use either, they did not work. The claw machine ate the quarters. The staff was very kind. It was a lot more organized than other Walmarts I've been too. They had a lot of anime merch and an anime section in DVDs.
