Been coming here once it’s close to my work. Each time the staff is always friendly. Never had any issues with cleanliness. One of the best Walmarts I’ve been to.

I have been coming to this Walmart since 2003 I hate this store anymore I was in here buying laundry detergent which they take to customer service until your ready the lil jerk that brought me my pods turned up the sound on the register saying to me I'm turning it up because people sometimes forget to scan but yet he didn't turn anyone else's up. This is just one incident. they DO NOT LIKE ASSISTING THE CUSTOMER in this store. The staff here is mostly horrible employees very few and I do mean very few of the employees are polite or helpful.

Decent store. Generally pretty busy. Some items you have to wait to get because they are locked up due to shoplifting and californias laws that fail to arrest people if it’s not over $1000. It has less food items. Than other walmarts that I have been in, but it is generally a good store.

Employees were rude and the security guard was extremely racist, making my black husband leave the store while we waited in line to check out and he went to grab the baby powder we thought would be in the baby section but wasn't. I find it interesting that this wasn't an issue the whole hour and a half we were in the store prior to him running to grab that one item alone and explained to the security guard it was a diaper bag for his son and he was grabbing baby powder while we waited in line, to which he was called a liar who didn't have a baby and needed to leave. My husband asked if he was serious and security told him he could not speak to him that way. Funny how when my husband was carrying our son out the security guard tries to tell him if he had said he had a baby then it wouldn't have been a problem once he had other employees, like asset protection saying he was fine to carry a diaper bag for a baby and he should not have been told to leave the store. This is extremely dangerous behavior on behalf of your team and could have easily ended with my husband being hurt over your employees racism.

An excessive amount of this store is in locked displays or otherwise requiring an associate to access....except it's almost impossible to find one. I understand wanting to prevent theft, but this is out of control.

Fun concept: the more you crack down like this, the more you drive away honest customers. The less honest customers in your store, the more theft you get as those honest customers are often a deterrent.

This Walmart can enjoy reaping what it sows as I will never come back to this location. I doubt I'm the first.

Went to this Walmart about 2 weeks ago for baby formula in the evening and there was one pack left in a locked case. A lady said she would get the formula and take it to the front even though I offered to put it in my cart she said no it will be at the front for you. I Once in the front the employees could not find the baby formula and it was no longer in the case. They asked me if I knew the lady's name and I told them why would I know the person's name I don't go around asking employees their names. Nobody could find the formula that the lady brought to the front for me and I waited about 45 minutes as they looked around and it seemed like nobody really wanted to help. The manager was there at the time and she kept asking the workers does anybody know where the formula is however everyone just shrugged and said this is where we put the formula and it's not there. The frustrating part is that the formula is in a locked case and you have to wait 30 minutes for an employee to come open it. So it's a waste of time trying to find baby formula at this Walmart and then be careful when they do find it they'll turn around and lose it. Spent way too much time looking for baby formula had to get home to my family. Ended up going to Fry's where I should have gone in the first place. I understand people have stole formula in the past however come up with a better option for those families who are actually looking to feed their babies. I shouldn't have to wait at a lock case and then look around the store in the front and all the shopping carts and customer service for formula that was there when I asked for it and then gone when I went to pay. Maybe consider your employees may be stealing or something why would it just disappear when it was there?

There's a really good reason a place stays around so long... Great store great people. It's a pleasure doing business there I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I am accustomed to the quality level of service at Home Depot but this store is a cut above. Nicknamed “the beast” because of its stellar performance, the people were personable throughout the transaction. Not only did I buy a grill from them, but they were kind enough to set it up for me in time to surprise a family member with it!

The X and her roomy broke their vacuum, so I ordered them a new one online, next day store pickup. I dropped it off at their apartment b4 they got home from work, so I didn't have to deal with anymore of their drama! Good Look'n Out!

The service you get as you walk in is great. The employees make you feel welcome and always have a smile on their face.

I needed a light bulb for my refrigerator, I bought an appliance light bulb but it did not work. So, I returned it, and walked out. At which time an employee followed me out to my car and said the light bulb works! I told him, for some reason it doesn't work on my appliance, then he snorted and gave me a mean glare, which was totally uncalled for. I ended up getting the right bulb from Wal-Mart.

Staff was extremely helpful and made sure I left with what I was looking for

My husband tried to return a bike here last night, and even though the corporate office gave us the ok, the employee Jolene flat refused. She was so rude! When we went outside we also found MY bike was stolen! Jolene refused to contact anyone for help, and she told other employees not to do anything either. Said they weren't allowed. Officer Dobbs just happened to be there and not only helped me but bought a new bike for me! He really saved my livelihood because I need a bike to get to work! Thank you again Officer Dobbs! I won't forget your kindness!

I just needed to stop in here to pick up some supplies to replace the window screens in my house. I was able to find what I needed, but asked one of the store workers to help me because the window screen frame kits were all jumbled up and were too high up too easily see without a ladder. The person did so, and the selection was good, also the price was fair.

Employees are so helpful. I need to give a shout-out and kudos to a very energetic, helpful spiritual gentleman who helped me named JR. I believe he was awesome, thank you! Thanks to Home Depot for hiring the best!

owner in black Range Rover is racist. we were doing a community clean up and parked on the side of Ace. They recorded us and told us to leave. We were trying to do something nice for the community and that's how we get treated. do not do business there. go to 32nd st and Indian School!!!!

Just had the most wonderful experience ever. Thanks to Brandy. Went in to return a battery charger that was underneath warranty. Time first worker at the register was not able to find it, but Brandy stepped in, showed him how to do it, and found my warranty. A+++ they both went above and beyond. Thank you again.

Just had the worst customer service experience ever. Rude staff that feels bothered when you ask for help. And the young girl with braces and a tattoo on her hand that checked me out, made sure to go as slow as possible all the while talking to other staff and not acknowledge or thank the customer. At the end, I thanked her and she rudely walked away. She should not be helping customers ir even working in publicr. This store is garbage.

I was completely discriminated against. The employees had to bring in a machine to get something off the top shelf. I understand they have to close the aisle for safety reasons but I was the only one they asked to move. There were 2 or 3 others there as well and I was the only one asked to wait at the end of the aisle. I can tell you right now I definitely won't be back and I'm gonna spread the word for my friends and family to do the same.

They follow me around like I'm robbing the place . Other than that good prices on just medium to good tools....

I wish there were a Lowe's that was closer. I have never had a good experience at this particular Home Depot.

They need to take a page from Lowe's and install buttons on every aisle so people can receive assistance when they need it. I have never experienced such poor customer service. When you need someone to help, good luck. In addition, I can't recall ever being approached by an associate to ask if I need any assistance.

I understand when the store is busy. However, this is my experience every time I am at this Home Depot.

I'm giving 1 star because i am unable to post NONE!!! The service here is horrible. I've lived in my house 31 years and in this area 30 plus "more" years & the service has declined drastically. I am not exaggerating when I say over the last year every single time I've gone here, I leave irritated, frustrated and upset with the lack of service when I ask for help. This is not acceptable and I will drive all the way to Lowes for a better experience, people that care and to get quality service!!! Not that this matters but I am a landlord with multiple properties and frequent the store monthly. Goodbye forever!!!

REMEMBER... a bad experience will be told repeatedly... while a good experience maybe twice.

This store was recommended by a friend who told me they have ceramic magnets. This was my first time in the store and the employees were very helpful. I use ceramic magnets to test gold and silver jewelry. The magnets are so super strong and phenomenally low priced compared to what I've been paying for from Rare Earth. Both are great, but Harbor Freight staff were great because they were easy to find and talk to. An employee walked me directly to the aisle and shelf the magnets are on. I bought two packages - one for myself and one for the friend who recommended Harbor Freight!

Small, but they had everything I needed at one stop. Everyone was very helpful also

Very helpful staff, they helped me find the correct size screw which took about 30 minutes of trying different sizes. The young lady was very patient with me while we narrowed down the size! I will return if I am in the area!

Stopped by to purchase a new garbage disposal at the Home Depot at 36th street and Thomas road. I have to give a shout out to Mr. Bill Cronin who help me find one that suited my needs. He was knowledgeable and happy to be of help. I’m glad that he was there today! If you are looking for someone to be helpful and you happen to be going to that Home Depot go find him I’m sure that he will give you the same service 👍🏼

Ace has a great selection of hardware items and helpful employees! The big box stores like HD & L's has a lot of good stuff too but Ace is fast; park, grab your item, and you're on your way

I came here at 5:00 pm to a closed store the worker said. The A/C broke is what he told me. There still here so now I have to wait until tomorrow to finish my job. It's always something with this store Thomas and 32nd st phx az.... My transaction would have taken 5 min .035 welding wire. I know we're it is so it would have taken even less time. Dissapointed is beyond me they were letting a person out when I got here.

I’ve been going here for 30 years. This location has been a steady decline since 2008 and the Great Recession. Today I went to rent a chainsaw the rep said “don’t bother the blades are all dull, none of them will cut through anything.” $450 later i had the miserable experience of trying to buy a chainsaw. That took me 10 minutes to find someone to unlock it, and 5 minutes to tell the Home Depot rep that the blower he tried to give me wasn’t a chain saw. Etc, etc. This will be the last visit to this HD for a long, long time.

Great store in a less than desired area. The demographic reflects. I'd rather go to one of the others locations. IMHO

really nice people I always love the selection at Pace You can always find things that you can't find anywhere else. it's unfortunate I have to deal with the population that are stealing so don't hear your person there Don't carry backpack and don't get mad at him for it they're just trying to cover their a+% and their bottom line.

Always have a great experience when I visit this ace hardware. All of their employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, my mom forgot her phone one day and was close to a job site and needed to make contact with the owner. They fortunately enough allowed her to use their phone with no hesitation ! 😊😊😊

Willie was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. If there is something they don't have in store he will find you a way to get it. I will always go to Willie first for all my tool needs.

I rarely give five stars to anybody, but the staff is really on point today. I got a lot of questions answered but I specifically needed to know about certain tools. And then I picked up a new tool that's going to end up doing the job perfectly.

They don't sell baby formula! Sad to see bare shelves. I was able to get some of what I wanted. Very clean store on 32nd and Thomas Rd in Phoenix. Cheerful associates.

Amazing prices! 2 boxes of screws and two screw bits 8 dollars and change.. too good. People were excellent!

Been coming here for 9 years now. Never been let down unless they didn't carry what I needed. Truly friendly people and the bolt room is a gem. Thanks guys!
