Tried to get a key made and programed for my 2017 Kia Sorento. First the wrong fob was ordered. Then after waiting another 2 weeks this location caused damage to my car while tryng to program the key. Drivers window and door locks stopped working. After they connected their programming box. Windows and locks worked before they tried to program key fob. Extreamy rude and unprofessional manager. Offered no help after damaging my car.

First, I recognize that each Ace Hardware store is independently owned. My grill purchase from the Chatfield Ace Hardware, Littleton, CO was a lesson in deception and mismanagement. I purchases a $1,099 Weber grill and had it delivered. I didn’t notice it had been damaged during delivery until the technicians left. It was missing a burner knob and the associated gas valve was bent. I contacted Ace and delivery tech said the knob was put on top of the grill while I was signing receipt paperwork. That was a lie and clearly an attempt to cover up the damage that occurred in my home. I looked EVERYWHERE for it and finally found it inside our home under a couch. Clearly the grill knob was knocked off while being brought through my home to the back deck. I asked for a grill replacement, as the valve stem was bent when the knob was knocked off. I was told I would get a replacement by the Technician. Moments later, I was informed that the General Manager overruled the replacement and I was told to place a warranty claim to Weber. Weber was at no fault here, as their product was not defective. I was able to “bend” the gas valve back into place and it “appears” to be operating OK. After going back and forth with Ace Care Group (minus the care), I was told I would get a partial refund. Recognize that if Ace would have taken the grill back, they would have to fix it and sell at a reduced “used” condition. After much hoopla, Ace refunded me $15. Yes, $15. I told them to keep it. My experience with the Ace Store is unlike any other experience with Ace. I have been a loyal Ace Rewards customer for +10 years. I suggest shopping at another Ace location.

GOAT customer service. Truly went above and beyond to solve my very specific hardware problem with creativity and knowledge. These guys are incredible.

I tried to redeem the "Free $10 gift card with the purchase of a $50 gift" promotion and the store would not honor it even though it was printed in the local circular. The cashier just said "Yeah, we just talked about this and I Literally can't do it because our registers wont let us". I asked to speak with the manager but after waiting he didn't come to the register. This is the second time I have received poor customer service at this store and will not return.

Over 5 electric carts and they are always charged. Nice open layout. Friendly staff. Recommend you avoid going when the high-school let's out for the day because it gets filled with teens. *This location does not sell alcohol due to proximity to high-school.

Me, my husband and my son came to the store to grab body wash and shampoo. I am annoyed and don’t feel like I’ll come back after this. As we were waiting in line, the employee came up to us and said she had to ask if we had anything in our pockets… it’s one thing to check bags, now they’re asking outright if we’re stealing? My family doesn’t need to steal, and I don’t think I’ll come back because of this. Not that Walmart would care, but I’ve never felt so offended before in a Walmart.

Nolan is the cashier who just helped me. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer service! Extremely polite and friendly. I wish every employee should be as awesome as him! I really hope Walmart sees this and recognizes this amazing young man!

This place is always amazing, so helpful and will help you solve problems like big box stores won’t. In the last 2 days, I had the best experience preparing a hitch cargo rack for my move to AK. Bryce and Brett went above and beyond helping me solve several problems. They were so willing, capable and friendly. I felt like they were my brothers or cousins helping me with my hitch system in the ACE parking lot. Please give these guys a raise! Awesome experience. :)

5 stars for Brendan working the curbside pickup. We ordered a 75 inch TV thinking it would fit in the back of our vehicle and when it was not fitting he offered and helped us unpackage it so that it would fit. He then took care of disposing the packaging for us as well. He went above and beyond for us. We are extremely grateful for his outstanding customer service and vibrant personality. Thank you Brendan!

Ace is always staffed with knowledge and courteous staff. They have a great selection for a smallish sized store (compared to Lowe's or HD). Their prices on almost everything are consistently a little higher than the big box stores but there is always a staffperson to help out and answer questions. They send decent coupons in the mail too so that can offset a bit of the cost. The store also stocks a lot of niceties like crafty gift ideas and old school candies. And the free popcorn is still there. 5 stars!

Called to see if they are dog friendly - my husband had stopped by home depot for some wool embers and they were out of stock. So grateful Ace was able to help us out, and they allowed our dog in the store. The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful.

Have you ever seen a Walmart that hasn't been locked down with endless aisles of locking cases?

Well, this store still believes there is good in humanity! Has a lot of their collectibles out on store shelves, properly displayed and purchaseable. Which is interesting, since they also have a few people readily available in electronics to assist with anything as well.

Only downside; Most of their video games are older versions of stuff, or just the brand new, overly-hyped releases. No obscure treasures here.

Want to give 10 stars to Joey in the Auto center. When I went in with a problem with my air conditioner he helped me. He helped me pick the product which wasn't the cheapest, but he had good reasons that I should pick the little more costly brand, but it was worth it. I'm sure I would trust him with every aspect of my car as he seems so knowledgeable and was such a kind and generous and customer service oriented employee this is the first time in a long time. I have met an employee at any Walmart that went up and above what was expected of him by the company to do a great job for his customers. Thank you for hiring Joey. Maybe he should be put in charge of teaching others in your employee. How real customer service should be handled. Very impressed with him

I tried to give Walmart the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews, but I’m disappointed and mad about this store. How can they justify the prices that are 1/2 of what they’re on other Walmart’s??? What’s the reason for that? Is it because this is a n affluent Caucasian community? I’m a regular at two locations nearby, littleton and Lakewood and it’s sad to see the some prices on both locations: example: Roma tomatoes 49cents/lb here and 99 cents at littleton Walmart? Why people can not get this prices in littleton and Lakewood where there’s a lot of low income families? Shame on Walmart with their social injustice😡 Needless to say WALMART I will be monitoring your prices and reporting those discrepancies, I visit this stores to support our local communities, but your actions affect the economy of so many families without remorse that it’s a crime, in this times when so many go hungry 😡 12/23/23 today’s review gettin and out in 20 min priceless 🎄🎅 even stop by the academy bank atm, 🥳 parking it’s still a bit difficult but not impossible, milk prices like silk coconut milk it’s $1 less than Safeway 😬 and they don’t have it in many places …
