A beautiful majestic cathedral in the centre of historic Dresden.This place is utterly magnificent, the nearby Zwinger Palace, the sumptuous opera house and other beautiful buildings form an almost fairytale-like surroudings. Plus the river Labe nearby. Awesome.

The Dresden Catholic Cathedral is not only an interesting architectural site, but also a wonderful concert hall. I recommend getting a schedule of organ concerts, which are given here for free several times a week. Some of the temple decorations are made from Meissen's porcelain. Staff speaks English.

It is known as Dresden Cathedral, or the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, Dresden. Constructed in the 18th century and badly damaged during WW II. Restored in 1960s and again in early 21st century. Notable landmark

This Catholic Cathedral was completed in 1751. It is the most important Catholic cathedral in the city. It was badly damaged during the Second World War but it was restored in the 1960's. If you walk from the Main Station you will reach it in 15-20 minutes.

The inside reveals the portraits of saints, but also statues of a more modern touch.

Sooo beautiful. I love this monument for it's beautiful architecture. I really love it and the position is strategic with some breathtaking views on top of it. I feel soo lucky to be here and see such a great peace of art. I visited it in winter with snow and this is the best view ever.
