Northpoint Recovery in Edmond is an outstanding treatment facility. Very knowledgeable medical staff that helped with detox. The counselors are first class and the techs go above and beyond to make sure I was cared for. I am extremely grateful for my time at Northpoint.

I haven't personally been through this program but I have gone here to share my message with how I went through the struggles and the pain to fight for my life to get clean and sober and give myself a chance at my life. The facility is super clean and organized, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful but also are very strict about keeping everyones confidentiality. I heard that the food is really good, and the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly with everyone that they come in contact with... Definitely if you know someone who needs treatment for drugs or alcohol, this is the best place around to go to.

North Point facilities saved my life. From the moment I stepped into the building the staff was so kind and supportive. The staff here are very well trained and knowledgeable, and most are in Recovery as well. They have full set of Nurses, LPNs, ARNPs, MD, and Counselors on site. I had started new medications here, since they do specialize in Dual Diagnoses- mostly regarding Mental Health. This facility is very well maintained, and has consistent janitorial support. The program it self is very strict, efficient, and fun! The list goes on with the gratitude I have for this Facility, if you are looking for a Rehab Center to get your life back together, look no farther.

I’ve been involved with Northpoint as an alumni for the past 5 years (I was a patient in 2018 at the Boise location). I come do alumni speaking engagements at this facility 3-5 times a year for the past 5 years. I didn’t go to this facility (because it didn’t exist when I got sober in 2018) but I go enough through the year to be comfortable leaving a review for it.
It’s certainly one of the nicer treatment centers in Washington (I’ve been to a few others). Covid was hard for the facility (outbreaks, more zoom, and staff turnover). It’s now significantly better than it was a couple years ago. Staff is great, patients seem engaged, and less/no zoom meetings.
It’s a nice new facility, great staff, and northpoint gave me the tools I needed to be sober and live a better way of life. Their alumni and outpatient programs are also really great to help maintain sobriety after leaving.
Addiction really sucks. It’s super sad but recovery is not for those who need it, it’s for those who want it. Long term sobriety is only possible if the patient really wants to do it for themselves. Northpoint does work for those who want it to work and are honest, open minded, and willing. It’s really difficult at first but over time it gets easier.

My addictions allowed my life to become unmanageable and hopeless. I built the courage to check myself into rehab for mental help and addiction. I have never made a better decision. Northpoint allowed me the education, and tools to begin my journey in sobriety from drugs and alcohol. I wouldn’t be here without them. The nurses are genuine and caring. The techs constantly give honest support and help. Thank you Northpoint for a new chance at life.

There's so much to say about how awesome this center is, from the staff to the support of recovery.
My first day I felt welcomed and comfortable and staying for the 28 days gave me tools, perspective and the motivation to be active in my recovery. The staff made most everything feel seamless and easy. Made great connections, friends and an amazing peer support network for staying sober in the long-term. If you've tried others, in my opinion, this would be the last one you'll need.

Northpoint Washington was not just a life changer but a life saver! With a staff that truly shows care and concern with a real understanding of where you're coming from. The Recovery Techs, Counselors and entire Medical staff are amazing, friendly, informed and most importantly truly care and believe in what they're doing. If you're debating on an inpatient program or trying to decide which one to attend Northpoint should definitely be at the top of your list!

Liked it so much I went twice!
My second time around I heard some really important ideas to really embrace recovery.
All the staff are willing to help you along your path into sobriety. Food is decent, biggest thing is you get what you put in.

Tom is phenomenal!! He really knows what he's talking about. I really enjoyed attending his group! I would recommend Edmonds P.H.P. solely because of Tom......
The smoothies are pretty darn good as well !!
Too bad it's only a 5 star rating system.....or I'd give Tom a 9.8.....
Just kidding Tom......I'd give you a 10!!! Thanks for everything!!

Really enjoyed my time at PHP. The lectures go into a lot of detail and Tom does a great job answering questions and letting the group participate in discussion. Participating in art activities like collages got me out of my comfort zone and helped in positive ways I did not expect. Yoga on Wednesday is also awesome and something I would not have otherwise tried.

After an intervention from family for drinking starting this php outpatient program was very beneficial in starting new sober chapter in mt life and realizing my marijuana smoking was a problem too 😵 very glad I chose this establishment to better myself! Anyone looking to get out of addiction should most definitely come here for an assessment to consider options available 👍

When I first came to Lakeside for IP I was terrified. I didn't know what to expect or how I was going to do this. I "graduated" from IP and with the help of my counselor made the choice to go to PHP at the Edmonds location. It was a great next step for me. I was able to transition from a full day schedule (in IP) to a half day schedule and with the additional tools and education I feel like I have what it takes to stay sober. I'm excited to see what my future will bring me, but I will still have the one day at a time mentality. I'm very appreciative of all the staff and professional help I have received. Everything in my life is better and I can only see it getting better.

Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a very positive experience with this program. I learned a lot of new things about how to be in recovery and incorporate my sobriety into my everyday life. I recommend this class to anybody coming out of inpatient, or that is trying to begin recovery without inpatient treatment. The staff here was wonderful. I wish they had a phase two of this treatment program! I’m a 23 year old male who committed 2 hours of commuting a day to this course and have gained so much in return! THANK YOU LAKESIDE!

This place will provide a way out of active addiction if your willing to follow suggestions. Quality program with quality counselors.
