I am a new client who signed up via Healthcare.gov. The onboarding was terrible, I called customer services at least 8 times during the process. I have a double billing issue (still not resolved). Every time I call customer service it's as if I never called before, no tracking of issues, no documentation. Avoid this insurer.
This is a horrible insurance company. I have a badly injured achilles and it has been impossible to get the number of sessions needed. I was capped at 22. Could not risk twice a week visits as my doc requested. They would only prior auth 6 at a time. I had to switch to a different hmo to get proper care. Disgraceful!
Don't mess with there home health care. I'm waiting for hours to be paid from 5 months ago as a PCW. This is ridiculous and the should've never entered into this field until they were ready with processing papers for PCW's to get paid. Then when you call they are rude as ever!!
