Great customer service! I bought Christmas gifts here. They helped me pick a great gift.

I recently purchased a ring here which I am totally in love with! The saleswoman was wonderful! She took the time to help me pick the perfect piece at an amazing deal! I have a severe nickel allergy, and it's hard to find real silver jewelry at decent prices, but I've always had success at Vivah!

You know it's illegal to go against the AODA right? The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. You can be severally charged under the AODA in a court of law. You are pathetic business owners. Firing your workers cause they have disabilities! I will make sure you have all of your stores shut down and you never open another one. I will keep replacing my review even if you take it down. Absolutely pathetic!! Boycott this store!!!

Terrible customer service. Falsely labeled jewelry. Their sterling silver has more nickel and metal alloys than they claim. It will turn your fingers green within two days. Rude attitude and demeanor from employees & horrible return policy. No refunds only in store credit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The blonde girl that works there has absolutely 0 knowledge on jewelry and she tried to sell me a red string bracelet and tried to convince me it was made from coral.

The old lady that works at the kiosk is so RUDE. She ignored the faceted I was waiting for 20 minutes. I then asked her my question "would you be able to look up if my ring has a lifetime warranty, my mom had said she bought one". She then replied NO ONE TOLD YOU THAT. This place has cheap quality jewelry and unprofessional customer service. If you want jewelry the same quality as vivah order from Wish, you'll get better customer service.

One nice young lady working the kiosk.
Purchased a few sterling silver items for Christmas gifts.
I was very surprised to see the items were only going to be placed in tissue paper and handed to me. I asked if the items could have boxes. I was told they were .99 cents. Purchased boxes of course since they were gifts. Then asked if I could have a bag. Nope no bags either.
Very odd to have no bags and to purchase boxes?
70% off all jewelry, most over priced and be careful as not all are true "gems or silver".

There is a good reason why this store has 70% sales all the time. They can afford to do that because the products they sell allows them a generous profit even at that cost. I rarely buy jewellery from a counter boutique (no walls) in a mall because you usually have no recourse if the product fails you (often they disappear overnight) . Since they had been there for few years I thought it would be safe. I bought two pendants on sale (50%) two years ago. I wore each piece once and they both broke after one wear. I decided that I would avoid this place from now on, however, few weeks ago a young clerk sparked a conversation with me and when I told her what happened she suggested that I bring the pieces back to the store for potential repair.
Today I went by the store. The somewhat "passive aggressive" sales clerk told me that they would likely charge me for the repair. Now, the damage is : one piece came loose and needs glue, the other lost a stone, and it needs to be replaced (trust me...its not a precious stone). I am not sure what appalled me the most, the fact that they intended to charge me for this minimal repair or the fact that she was unable to tell me how much it would cost ahead of time. I guess she expected me to just blindly send it for repair and hope that they would not gouge me. The part that made me smile was when she asked if I had bought a warranty. If they suggest that you buy a warranty for costume jewellery, could it be that they don't trust their own merchandise. It does then beg the question : why should you.

The woman who helped me was so lovely. She seemed to genuinely care about helping me find the perfect earrings for an event. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service!
