I got helped by Chloe and Aria today and oh. my. god. They are the sweetest ladies.
Aria helped me measure my bust, and she was so thoughtful of boundaries and comfort. I'm naturally an extremely shy person, but she made me feel comfortable. She helped me find my accurate size and reccomended to me the type of product that would give me what I'm looking for - and I found it perfectly!
Chloe checked me out at the register and she was very informed! She was able to answer all my questions and she set me up with the Torrid credit card. Overall, these two ladies made my experience perfect. As a plus sized person, clothes shopping is usually really stressful and really puts a dent in my self esteem. But the products and staff at Torrid help me feel accepted and normal :) Thank you, you beautiful and lovely ladies!!! ♡♡♡♡

Brought my wife in for her birthday and was treated the best ever they have the best crew lead by K-B. We will definitely be back even if we have to drive an hour. Thank you ladies for helping this ol cowboy

Customer service is top notch at this store. I accidentally left my bag with my inhaler and my wallet. Thankfully my sister had bought something and used my phone number so they left me a voice mail to let me know I'd left it. But the customer service is basically unmatched whenever I go and it's clear the clothes are made for larger figures, not just for smaller women and just made bigger. The cuts are pretty flattering. Overall a nice store.

Very helpful staff. I would have liked a little more variety of selection of merchandise. I know you can't please everyone.

The manager was so helpful in helping me make a return and find something for my daughter. Professional and personal, the best retail experience I've had in a while.

I can say that online shopping is good. They arrive as quick as they can and material is nice washes well. Sizes are true to size.

Just if website crashes you can't pay or purchase. I lost 300 points of which I can't get back.

My only complaint...and I mean only..is for my torrid dollars. I had $300.00. The website crashed couldn't use them so I lost them.

I will contact customer service and see if they will accommodate.

Store clerks were super attentive and helpful, found what we needed in back stock. Nice selection for young plus sized girls, excellent strapless bras for prom. We'll be back!
