Very bad experience please don’t buy cloth material is bad stiching is awful

Really horrible experience, gave my mom's lehanga on order and after a month and 4 visits, they informed me the lehanga couldn't be made. A week before wedding in hour house. And asked me to take the money and not argue with them. You should be beware if you're planning to get your clothes made on order, as this is a pathetic place to get customised clothes.

Bad customer service. They don’t pick up calls, do not respond to messages. Did not deliver my piece on the promised date. Made the piece in a wrong colour first. Took another 3-4 days to correct their mistake and then denied to deliver my product even though the owner promised to get it delivered because of the colour mix up at their end. Worst service.

I had ordered a bridal saree for my wedding and had given the sales person in contact every detail of how it was to be customised. It was two months already yet there was no update from the shop or the sales person and my calls were getting ignored. The point was that the saree customisation was charged over 30k and at the last when my continuous calls and messages were left unattended,I had to visit the shop . There I got to know that my saree was never made in the first place. That moment was so devastating cause all this while,I was imagining myself in my dream saree but it never was manifestated.It was just 11 days away from my wedding when this happened and no other shop agreed to customise a saree of my choice at such short notice.

Gorgeous collection of lehengas with a designer feel. I ordered 2 lehengas from them. Minus points: They took a long time to dispatch the lehenga from Delhi to my city. Also one of the latkans on the lehenga naada fell off while I tried it on - probably due to transport wear and tear.
Additionally, they forgot to remove one of the can-cans from the lehenga, however this was easy to do at home anyway.

Superb experience I ever had in Chandni chowk. The bridal collection is always up to the mark. I bought bridal sarees,silk sarees(banarasi, kanjivaram,patola) and need not to say that was mind-blowing. Without having a second thought just go for it.

Most pathetic shop in chandni chowk. Mr Pankaj will totally mislead you in buying cheap quality overpriced lehengas. They never pick up calls and DO NOT deliver on time. Our ceremony got cancelled because of their good up.

Good collection of made to order bridal dresses. They also deliver outside India, but you need to get this clarified related to the country. They did deliveries to US as I knew.

I recently visited this place for my relative's wedding and omg what a collection they have for the lehengas!! I have seen the non bridal lehengas and they stock everything from chikan to madhun=bani to banarsi lehengas.. the salesmen were also polite and patient. The suit collection was not that great but sarees were amazing too. Overall a must visit for shadi shopping and it is just at the main road so you could spot it conveniently..

It's Biggest clothes market in the whole Asia. This is called Chandni Chowk. One can buy almost everything according to their need. I saw huge range of bridal or designer clothes i.e ( saree , lehngas) as well as for him( sherwani).

Not great. The silks and embroidery seem fine, but when I arrived home I realized how poor the stitching is. I did a better work in high school. So my advice is to skip. Tell your guide to do better if they brought you here.

Nice collection, reasonable prices than other shops in cc. Visited many other shops in cc but prices here are justifiable. Big shops costing more for same piece available here. Dealing person is very gentle and polite. Happy that to visit this shop.
