The store manager Devanshu is very incapable does not resolve any issues with the expensive clothings bought from the store. As per him if 30 days have expired and there is a manufacturing defect in the clothes or the clothes come out to be of poor quality, the company has no solution for it.
I had bought a suit what is Rs.20,000, the trouser got a lint over it after usage of two times only.
Last year also I had bought a shirt and the colours on the button of the shirt got discoloured, even at that time there was no resolution.
Now onwards I am not going to purchase the products of blackberry as the quality has gone down drastically.

Very good designs and the best part is their staff especially Arjun. His skills and experience towards color combination is super sharp. After visiting the showroom we just conveyed our requirement. He immediately presented a best combination of clothes and we just bought it. This shows how he understands the requirements and saves customer time by providing them the best possible services.
