I got my belly button pierced here. The first time I got it done, it was a little off centered and they offered me my money back or to redo it for free. I decided to get it re done and it looks amazing! Ariel did mine and she’s super sweet and fast!

Just bought a new septum piercing from here, realized it was a size too small right after I paid and tipped, asked if I could just exchange it for a size bigger and they said they couldn’t help me because of their no exchange policy, it was literally seconds after I paid for it, still brand new and haven’t even touched it yet. Just sucks because there’s $20 on a piercing I can’t use down the drain.

Mia did my nose piercing and she did such a great job! I was super nervous, but she walked me through all the steps and it didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would. Highly recommend, especially if you’re a wimp like me when it comes to needles.

Everyone was really nice, I got an eyebrow piercing and the experience was great, but when I went in for a downsize, one of the employees said I didn't need it, which is especially bad for an eyebrow since even the smallest bit of extra space can cause problems. I ended up getting a bump and an infection and had to take it out. Huge waste of money and could have been easily avoided if this employee had just listened to me and the info that was given to me by the original piercer.

Got my Septum piercing here that I've been wanting since forever. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and chatted with us for a while and let us complain to them about how hard it was at other places to get it, it was really nice. The guy who did the piercing was super sweet as well, he was very quick and gentle, it didn't really hurt at all, great service! I love the piercing so much and I'm glad all the staff was kind and fun to talk to. 10/10 would definitely and will definitely recommend.

I’ve gotten my septum and Medusa done here and I have absolutely no complaints. Heather is always there when I come in and she’s very attentive, professional and sweet. Definitely will be coming here more for piercings and possibly some tattoos 😊

I got my first professional tattoo done here and i don’t regret it one bit. Jen was my artist and she was the most sweetest and patient lady ever. She’s amazing at walking you through the whole process and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She gave me exactly what i wanted.

The staff is nice and friendly. The piercer Heather is amazing and super sweet. Also jewelry is pretty good and cheap. Sometimes it’s a little hectic/disorganized in the store which is why I give it 4 stars.

I was a walk in about 3 weeks ago and was tattooed by Micah. I have been wanting these tattoos for a long time and just spur of the moment popped in. He didn't cross the T in patience and didn't dot an i on my daughter's name. And my daughters name looks absolutely terrible. I am so upset, he told me he had over 30 years of experience. Now I have to get it covered up. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend!!!

Al is absolutely incredible! He is a true talent. He exceeded expectations; my tattoo is stunning!! Al was extremely patient, friendly, and sympathetic the reasonable discomfort. I recommend Al and his team. Jenn was super friendly too. 🥰

I just want to say, Micah was fantastic. I gave him my ideas what I wanted. He drew them perfectly. Exactly the image I had in my mind. Hanging out with him while getting my tattoo was a huge plus too. He was awesome to talk with and hang out with. I highly recommend. I am so happy with my tattoo. Thank you so much Micah.

got my tattoo from Jen! she was so calming and wonderful. wasn’t even nervous because of how chill her vibe is. i asked to make an appointment the day of or the next day. and she said “how about in 20 minutes?”she has very clean lines and is good at conversing during tattoo. answers questions to the best of her ability! i feel like i can’t get a tattoo from anyone else!
