My grandsons here in Monroe, good thing the bounce house, is available, we go everyday, but it doesn't burn my littles energy, they love to laugh and jump,, I see parents can jump too.. thanks for fun

My kids still love going here, but most times, I dread visiting. Oftentimes, the bigger kids don't obey the rules, especially the no running rule. Sure, the kids are gonna run sometimes; they're having fun. But most of the bigger kids are darting around the entire floor, and it's unsafe for everyone else. They need to hire more attendees to make sure the rules are being enforced. When we visit the employees are very scarce. Sometimes, there's only one covering the whole floor.

They charge too high of a price with how ran down their facility is. It's unclean, things need to be fixed along with multiple trip hazards. This facility is not at all like the pictures they post on their website and even the ones that are here don't work. Either they need to fix their stuff or stop overcharging.

Missing a lot of the attractions they used to have but haven’t lowered their prices any. No more wipe out, no game screen, no balls for dodgeball or the basketball hoop. It’s an over priced joke now. Everything that’s left is ran down and taped up.

Amazing! my babies loved it, from the toddlers to my teens . I recommend altitude to everyone.🥳

The so called manager yelled at my 9 year old son! He said "ive made several announcements about running in the store. So stop running!" He wasn't running. He was just excited to trade in his tickets for the prizes.

not too bad for the prices, you get more out of their package deals with "points" and "tickets. but maybe 1/4 of the arcade games didnt work. all of the staff was extremely nice and helpful BESIDES the main manager guy. all of the other employees told us he has major anger issues, if thats the case maybe he should find a new profession and not be the manager of an arcade in the biggest mall in monroe. all in all my kids had a great time, not too sure if we will back because of management though.

My adult daughter and teenage son and I went there and played many games, but kicking their butt in guitar hero was the best. To make up for their defeat I won them some squish mellows. A good time was had, maybe not as good as surge or Excalibur, but fun nonetheless

Absolutely and totally unimpressed!!!!Spent 20 dollars and 6 of the 10 games my son picked didn't work. Too much of a hassle to get someone to help. Did it twice... then my son wanted to ride a ride and was clearly in the zone where I could ride along and was told that he had to be almost a foot taller to ride which is crazy!! Heading to Facebook to share my disappointment with my 5.5k followers.

we went there for the first time for a date night and we thought it would be fun.. we were wrong. Half of the games are broken or take your points to play, no out of order sign. No workers were in sight unless you pressed a button to call them. All of the claw machines? Either broken or rigged. Definitely not worth it.

This place is amazing. The owner and staff are very hospitable and overall great people. We were on a road trip and needed to get out of the car for a bit. This was the perfect option. I'm so glad we stopped by. Great facility. Clean environment. Great staff. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

My Grandson loves this place it’s a huge arcade with bowling and mini golf there’s lots to do a small concession area we did not visit
I would give it a four but the customer service was a negative 0 the only attendant or worker that was friendly was the bumper car attendant
The counter and others was epic rude

We spent $25 that lasted an hour
You go to a kiosk machine to load the card
Once you play certain games ticketed are downloaded to your card
You can keep your card and er the tickets add up over time to get a better prize

My sons birthday party was there and it was great! The staff was so helpful and kind. The manager, Nicole is awesome!!! the pizza was was actually really good especially for a arcade, the cupcakes were good, normal cupcakes. The goodie bags were great especially the $10 voucher!

Great experience! My nephew had so much fun! Don't really want to leave when it's time to go home. 😂. Awesome staff, very helpful. They also have lockers so you can put your things. Thumbs up! 😉
