I can't speak to the classes, but we held our son's 3-year birthday party here last weekend and it was perfect! We had two coaches for 8 kids and the kids had a blast. It was a perfect party set up for a bunch of toddlers. We were able to bring drinks and food as well, so the parents were also able to enjoy. Highly recommend for a child's party!

I had a party for my son’s 2nd birthday at this location. I have to say, I love the experience! The staff were friendly, open-communicated, patient, and helpful. I loved how they structured the event, with everyone spending 85% of the time in the play areas and 15% of the time in the party room. For stress-free, the party host also gets to enjoy the entire experience with the guests. My son had a blast at his party, along with all our guests who attended. I definitely recommend this place for kids’ birthday parties and fun times. I can’t wait to bring my son back soon!

Enjoyed our Birthday celebration at Pump it up. Kids had a great time, facility was clean and bounce slides wereawesome. Staff did a great job communicating in advance confirming our needs. The day of went smoothly. Only negative was it took a long time to get the water that had been included in our order, and the party team did not come and get me as requested to assist with room set up.

Worst place ever. The most rude people. Management needs to pay attention or this is going down the gutter. WOuld not recommend for kids birthday party unless you want to explain to all guest why your child is being yelled at by rude staff.

We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here and it was wonderful. We had ages ranging from 2-5 and they all had a blast. The staff handled everything well. Would recommend!

Absolutely love Scramble! Took my grandson early Friday morning. Very clean and organized. Check in was very easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a great cafe lots of options for everyone. They even have some alcoholic beverages available for purchase. I will definitely be going back soon

We booked a deluxe party package for our son's bd. Before signing the contract and on the day before the party, you must double and triple check every word on the contract and frequently answered questions, no matter how ridiculous the rules, because they will 100% enforce it. There is absolutely no flexibility or understanding even though this is a child's party. We left pretty disgusted after they charged an additional $60 for the 3 balloons that the 3-4 year olds accidentally let float onto the ceiling. This experience left a sour taste in our mouth and we will definitely never book again.

I went on a Thursday noon and it was the best, the place was practically empty and my kid had a blast, pretty clean and a lot of space to run around, coffe terrible that's all.

My experience with this studio echoes the experience of the mother who shared her daughter was injured. I felt really worried watching the class, unsure if I should just pull my son out. In hindsight, I should have taken my son out much sooner and listened to that inner mama voice. I witnessed some very near miss head injuries among two 3 year olds who were not following directions. It shouldn’t be feel scary to watch your kids learn gymnastics and I never feel worried watching my son now that he’s in a different program.

I had Elsa for my daughters birthday, and she was amazing. Great singer, very interactive and friendly with the kids. Everyone really enjoyed her.

The performer was late due to a flat tire but the owner took a little off the bill to compensate. Would recommend!

Super EXCITED to find local gymnastics classes for my kiddos near our home. emPOWER Kids is where a kid with tons of energy can go to get it ALL out. We were given a tour of the facilities by a professional, friendly and courteous staffer, and we knew right away that we wanted our son to join this program. If your kid is into flips, kart wheels, handstands, etc. this is the place for you. Conveniently located on the top floor of a building the entire suite is dedicated to naturing a kids love of tumbling, gymnastics and SO much more. We maybe late to finding this place, but we feel like it’s a new home for our kiddos. Check it out if you’re in the area, your kids will thank you!

Really great facility that my daughter and friends loved! The staff were very attentive, helpful, and incredibly nice. This is definitely going to be a future go-to for kiddo parties!

This is the best play place I’ve been to for my 18 month old so far. We’ve tried out several in the area and haven’t found one that comes close to this place. All of the play areas are plenty spacious so parents can comfortably follow behind their little ones. They also have a huge toddler area. So many soft areas for little guys to play in. And so unique! I’ve never seen a play place like it. Highly recommend. Busy or not busy, it was a great time.

We try to go during slower hours and it’s fantastic when not super crowded. Soft indoor playground with so many creative little nooks and crannies filled with detailed sensory/interactive elements - so many different fun rooms to explore with a range of difficulty for tiny toddlers to bigger kids. Great food options too and a very nice little bookstore. Great indoor play option. No inflatables or trampolines. It’s essentially a soft mat playground / obstacle course.

The team here was excellent! Kept everything very simple in the planning process and day-of they handled everything for us (room set up, logistics, tiny crowd control, clean up…). We had a very special 6th birthday here and would highly recommend!

My son had an amazing 5th party at Pump it up! The staff were so awesome and kept the party moving. I would definitely recommend it!

We’ve used Princess Parties twice and couldn’t be happier with their performers. Both Ariel and Isabela were so graceful, excellent singers, and, most importantly, so engaging with the kids. They captured the party’s attention for the entire period.

There are opportunities to improve communication (e.g., more succinct emails, sending the balance request earlier than the night before, who to call just in case); however, I highly recommend the service for a memorable experience. My daughter has already planned her next 5 princess birthdays!

High quality, talented performers! The owner is the sweetest too! I highly recommend hiring these princesses if you live in the DMV and surrounding areas!

Great Place to let the little ones run free, We took my Granddaughter age: 4 . She had a blast. We paid $20 for her (weekend rate ages 4-10 yrs old), It's cheaper during the week, and $2 per adults. So needless to say, I got my $2 worth 😜. And you can have birthday parties there too..So check them out!

I have my 5 year old who was enrolled in the tumblers and ninjas class over the summer. My daughter enjoyed it, they supplied real gymnastics equipment and the two coaches who worked with the children were friendly. Due to that experience I decided to sign my daughter up for the fall session. This time around there was only 1 coach for several children (9 children). Vanessa worked with up to 9 children regularly with little to no assistance. Someone from the junior classes would come to assist during floor work but rarely during the use of equipment. As a parent watching Vanessa struggle to attend to all of the children on different gymnast equipment falling or unable to complete exercises due to their legs being so short, I often offered to assist. Vanessa told me one day that she didn’t want parents on the mat. Children hit their heads, slipped off equipment often, and fell often… injuring themselves. On Thursday, November 17, 2022 my child attended the 4:15pm session. Per the usual one young lady came to assist Vanessa for approximately 5 minutes while the children were warming up, she left and did not return. Vanessa took the children to the equipment part of the gym and as I always do I follow incase Vanessa required assistance to prevent children from hurting themselves. Vanessa told me she didn’t want parents on the mat help so I honored her request even though I was a bit reluctant. Approximately 7 to 10 minutes later my daughter came running to me balling, she was historical for at least 3 minutes while I was trying to inquire what happened. Other parents were wondering what happens to her as well. Vanessa never came to the aid of my child. Vanessa never came to address me as a parent to inform me of what happened. When my daughter calmed down, I asked her what occur and she stated the she fell and her hand bent in the opposite direction. My daughter’s hand was red and swelling began. I called out to Vanessa asking her what happened, Vanessa never replied and never came off the mat to address me regarding what occurred with my child. Needless to say my daughter is not returning. Also I called the management number Thursday evening after the incident with my child occurred, it has been four business days and no one from management has called to address the issue or even apologize. I do not recommend this gymnastics company as your children are not properly protected or supported. People of color I seriously caution you as children of color are not cared for as they should be, the coaches don’t even care when your child of color is injured.

Great atmosphere and plenty of activities to keep the children occupied and busy. My grandprincess had a great time and was able to have fun with other children. They have snacks and some light meals for the children and parents to enjoy. The pricing us reasonable. Look forward to other visits in the near future.

Very cute indoor play area. It’s actually one of the largest ones I’ve ever been to! There’s no shortage of things for kids of different ages to do. And their slide was awesome.

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here! My daughter loves her classes and always asks to sign up for the next session. She has built strength and confidence while remembering to emphasize kindness in all she does. Mrs. Jenni and staff are awesome!! The adult tumblers class is also awesome and allowed me to step outside of my comfort zone to try things I haven't tried since a teen. Highly recommend!!

Amazing facility that promotes whole health, community, and true self-care. Amazing instructors who get to know all of their athletes and their families. The philosophy is to welcome one and all and make space for people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, and economic stages of life. I highly recommend this wellness center and supporting it.

I have been very impressed by emPower Kids. My little girl is taking gymnastics there and she has had a great time and has learned a lot. They have a wonderful layout for gymnastics and Jenni, the owner is always creating new learning activities to really help develop their skills. They also do a little mindfulness practice at the end of each class which is great. Such an added value along with great gymnastic skills.

Our girls are in the second session of classes and couldn’t be happier. They are learning new skills and growing in confidence and strength. There are a wide range of times, age and skill levels, and COVID protocols are great. Coach Jenni and Coach Vanessa make it a fun environment to learn and enjoy being with other kids in a safe environment when so many other activities aren’t happening. My girls start asking about the next class a few days ahead. Highly recommend!
