We had our son's 12th birthday party here. Staff were great and the game was well-received by all. We will definitely go back.

Just hosted a birthday party here. The escape room was fun (time team trilogy ch. 1), and the party room was fully equipped with everything we would need. Will definitely be back to tackle the next two chapters!

Very first escape room experience. Although they asked if this was our first time, they didn’t really do anything with the information. They simply narrated the script and locked us up. Nobody explained what an escape room was, and we had no clue what we were doing.

After failing miserably, and feeling disappointed and annoyed with our first experience, we NOW know how to play and will try again in some distant future. For now, the experience left us a bit sour.

On the plus side, room was fun and well decorated. We did the CarnEvil room.

We had my daughter's 12th birthday here and it was fantastic. The staff were great, and we had fun in the party room playing with their board games. Perfect for a small group. Looking forward to going again.

We had a fun time in the Trudeau Tower escape room! Would maybe not recommend for 7 people as you would feel cramped but was fine for 4. Great ambiance with nice staff.

We did the Trudeau Towers and the difficulty was nice for our two small children to be able to participate, but had we been with adults we may have been disappointed. One of the puzzles in our room was broken which allowed us down and at first the hint giver didn't realize that was the cause. We actually started the room with a missing piece so we wouldn't have known it was missing. I think when you're paying what you do for escape rooms they should be in working order, or you should be offered a discount to return or something. There are better quality rooms in Ottawa at this price point, but I'd recommend this one (at least Trudeau Towers) as a good option for families who have outgrown the kids rooms!

I was in a party of 4 that did “The Visitors” escape room here. I feel that the room would have been cramped if there was more than 4 people there. I’ve done many escape rooms over the years and this isn’t one I’d really recommend. We were told to arrive 15 minutes before our booked time, which we did. But we were told the booking before us was still finishing up and then it was a bit of a longer wait because they had to fix something that had broken in the room but that it wouldn’t affect our time, which was fine.

It didn’t feel very immersive. The puzzles didn’t flow well and there was even a light that we struggled with for way too long and it ended up being broken. There also came a point where we completed a puzzle but there was no more obvious clues as to what to do next. We had to ask for a clue (which ended up not being helpful) and continued to struggle. We didn’t finish the room in time and when the guy walked us through the remaining puzzles, we mentioned how it was not clear how to proceed and we were basically told that everyone that does this room says the same thing. Which led us to wonder why no one has thought to make a minor addition to the room to remedy that. A lot of it was frustrating just because of the lack of flow. We might try one other room, but I don’t think I’d recommend this to others unless they wanted to do one with their kids.

We had a birthday party for our son here (13) and they had a blast! The party room is awesome and the provide decorations, plates, cups, cutlery and loot bags! The staff were amazing. From beginning (booking the party) to the end the day of the party everyone was super friendly and very helpful! Indefinitely recommend this venue!!!
