Nice for kids. Not much interaction with the parents. For kids excellent. For parents not so much. Lack of explanations for the parents for this reason the ticket in my opinion is expensive no much value received.

The place is NOT prepared for a crowded day. Most of activities ran out of stock (i.e. ice cream decoration). And the rest ran out of reservations.

Lack of organization, lack of personal that can provide information. Definitely Not coming back.

Great place to take your kids. Worth the price, great way to teach your kids about the world and a must all day activity for the kids.

I basically spent 850 pesos to buy a 120 pesos popcorn. My daughter couldn't do anything due to long waiting line and everything was reserved. At some. Point I decided to queue for an activity while my daughter was walking around so she doesn't get bored for 30min waiting time and the people there just told me after 15 min that I couldn't queue if I want there with my kid. So I couldn't let her do the activity. This is the biggest deception we've had in CDMX. Avoid and better go to a free playground outside. The kids will ha e much more fun. All parents were very disappointed. Also many activities require extra payment inside. Like, you pay the entrance then may to do the activities???

My 3 year old son thoroughly enjoyed his day there. We went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy, but the lines weren't nearly as long as some of these reviews make out and it never felt like there were too many people there. He was able to do all the activities he wanted, and most of them were a lot of fun! The staff were generally very friendly and professional in their roles, the place was clean, and most surprisingly the bathrooms were in great condition and there were never any lines there!
I'm giving one less star because some of the activities weren't open, even though it was a Saturday, which was a shame, and because the girl working in the pilot simulation room was really rude, screaming at me for taking a photo even though at no point previously had she mentioned that photos weren't allowed. That kind of attitude isn't welcomed when you've paid a ton of money to get in, and you're a grown adult, not a naughty child!

This place is such a cool idea, but they ruin it for me by how they run things. First, they charge adults to get in, then allow them to do almost nothing, with most of the few things adults can do costing extra. Second, while the activities are usually fun, it is almost always cram-packed with people, so you spend most of your time there waiting in lines instead of actually doing the activities. Finally, they price-gouge you on EVERYTHING, especially food/drinks, while prohibiting you from bringing any food/drinks in with you. Honestly, I used to like this place, but each time I go, their monopolistic, price-gouging behavior gets worse and worse, the lines get longer, and charging someone just for walking around when they can't do most of the activities... It all just bugs me more and more, so now I'm really starting to hate this place.

It's an amazing place for kids with lots of things to do, kids are so excited to be there and participate but waiting times are ridiculous! Kids have to wait in lines for 10+ minutes. I went with kids 4 and 6 and it was too much waiting for them. Maybe kids a bit older do better with waiting. For the amount of money you pay they should have more personal to reduce waiting times.
