My son was doing a clinic with Doug Clark, local former MLB player. Doug keeps the players moving and engaged. The facility itself is fine. The location is not the greatest, but the coaching makes up for it!
Had a great experience there this morning. Got in right on time and took full advantage of the hour we purchased.

There's nothing like an indoor space like this to start getting ready for the Season. Will definitely be back!
Pretty disappointed to rent a tunnel with a machine, be told it’s being set up and have nobody come over. Then we have to ask for it and then be told it’s broken. We paid $45 for a tunnel with nothing, we could’ve used our gym if we needed to. It was a waste of money and I’m not happy about being told AFTER we paid and are waiting around that we weren’t going to be getting a machine.
So disappointed and very upset .We drove 2 1/2 hours to come here and although the website says they are Open and open till 9pm, on Saturday, no ones here. They are by all means CLOSED. Lesson learned, call next time before you leave the house.
Great team environment. The facility is also clean. Kid friendly. Parking is limited and it was hard to find this location. They need to make a more visible sign
Need someone to load balls, wicked expensive and there's often an unreasonable wait of several hours even if you call. There's not a lot of room so it makes sense, plus the staff are garbage.
My daughter began going to Extra Innings when they were in Westfield so she could work on her hitting in the off season. She also was taking hitting lessons from Taylor who was then the assistant woman's softball coach at Amherst College. When they moved to Chicopee we began going there. Taylor is now at Extra Innings and has done great things for my Daughter who had an outstanding senior season. The facility has five hitting lanes for both softball and baseball. The pro shop prices are great.
I recommend calling before you go because sometimes they close and are quite flexible with there hours by when you do go it's awesome pitching machines work great pro shop has all the new toys and lessons worked great to get me out of my hitting slump
