Waited over 10 mins in line to get tickets because I was being ignored. Then ordered food and was told 10 Mins. Stood there for 20 mins waiting and watched as people got their food well after I ordered. The girls never asked me again if I needed help and said it was my job to tell them my food is ready. Yet every person of opposite color was getting skipped and ignored. Staff is rude and laughs at you when you make a complaint. Talk about you in front your face. Make fun of children with disabilities and then try to justify their actions by all huddling together saying the customer was in the wrong. I plan to be contacting ADA in regards to the discrimination I received at this place. Nothing but a bunch of teenagers with no training in customer service running around. They are racist and only want to help the people that are like them. I watched as myself and another lady of the same color be pushed to the side and ignored. It wasn't until I spoke up that they all started acting crazy and laughing at my concerns. Regional and corporate needs to be contacted. I plan to let my 100,000 followers know about this place and what they should avoid.

Cute place specially for toddlers-4 to 5 y/o . For us a one and done experience as our high energy little one was bored less than an hour of arriving. Thankfully the city park playground is across the street. $6.00 pp for this seems much for what it has to offer. Unfortunately, carousel gardens is closed during the colder months. Otherwise, we would have gone there.

It was a cute place to visit. A lot of the things were missing such as a speaker at the 3 pigs, chimes at another so it was disappointing how much was not functioning, especially since you pay $6 to get in. We made the most of it though. No matter how narrow I went up each stair and down each slide :)
Horrible birthday party assistant. The birthday girl's mom did everything. Had to go ask for things because they bought the pitchers but no cups, no cutlery, etc. The party assistant stayed outside of the room sitting on the bench (outside of the party room) or often was hard to find.. Even when it was time to cut the cake she only brought us the knife and immediately left. 🤦‍♀️
I would not recommend this place for a stress-free party experience.
It was so much fun. Love Story land. Thank you for the members' appreciation party.
We hosted a birthday party here today and the organization, service, and the overall experience was awful. Check in took forever the lady was rude and not knowledgeable about anything party related, The establishment is filthy, I had to constantly ask for what was promised in the party package. We could not get napkins or forks. We ate cake with our hands, and off of the few napkins we could get. people who were not with our party were hanging out in the party room even after the worker was noticed nothing was done, Food was cold except one pizza, We were rushed after we waited forever to get assistance. Party room not available on time, drinks ordered not available and replaced with things my child did not want, I was told that was all that’s available today,No ADA accommodations. We waited to speak to a manager before leaving but after 45 minutes of waiting we left. I would not recommend having your child’s birthday at this location. I found a number for corporate and plan to call Monday morning. Update: manager called and stated she would have the Gm call me or email me within 30 mins.. it is now 5:30 pm and still no resolution.
The hours of operation are wrong. We are here right now and it's closed. Better to fix it.
We love this place. Never gets old. Spent all of my son's year 3 and 4 here. It's cheaper to get the monthly passes if you go more than once a month. Plus you can get discounts on food and events. The new upgrades are super cool. Can't wait until the next round!
Alot of fun things for the kids to do but unfortunately workers were walking around and talking to each other in stead of working the attalractions. So most of them were blocked off
False advertising and the manger was very rude and they still kept the sign up. They charge $21.99 and the sign says $20.99. She didn’t even fix the problem. I don’t recommend coming to this location.

I brought my very imaginative 9 year old here during our vacation to New Orleans. He had a great time as well as my 14 year old my husband and I. It was fun to interact with fun storybook characters. We explored the whole storyland and had a great time. There was quite a bit to explore as well as fun little facts and stories to read along the way.

You must bring your kid here if you go to new Orleans! It's $6 to get in, or free with entry to amusement park. 10 or under is going to LOVE ot

My kids wanted to attend so we took a trip down. It's very worth the price, which is very low, and the children had a lot of fun. I did too. It does need a little makeover as some of the statues are older, but still a very fun place to explore.

They're closed on Mondays, the one day I had off during my work trip to New Orleans. I so badly wanted to go inside. But the place looks magnificent. I am a child at heart and was delighted to find a place like this, IF ONLY THEY HAD BEEN OPERATIONAL THAT DAY. I do hope to make it back to New Orleans one day and visit.

Colorful storyland a small place built for kids. They have sculptures of the famous rhymes & stories where kids explore and play around. Picture perfect location!!
It has 2 slides and a train ride.
Management here is amazing ! I have a membership for my baby, and the young lady who’s at the check in was not only very friendly and helpful but she was very patient! The young lady who’s at the concession stand was amazing as well and very helpful ! The general manager, made the experience for the kids even more enjoyable as well as a clear communicator! I stay on manhattan, and drive all the way over here because the staff is friendly and EVERYONE is always nice and respectful! The employees are always alert! We feel welcomed and appreciated EVERYTIME we come !
We went during the Celebration in the Oaks event and it was simply amazing! Unforgettable night of laughter and pure joy.
There are lots of things to do to keep kids playing the entire time they're here.

There was an area that was closed while we were there and it would have been nice to have it available.

The party rooms are a nice size and the staff were good at assisting.
Fun for kids and adults with kids. I can with my friend who has a toddler under 2. For this of us without kids, at least they have a cooler fridge with beer & wine that you can take with you as you walk through the park! It was also fun for me, yes even without the beer. I definitely recommend it for anyone with smaller children and if you need your kids to get their energy out. It does cost to get in, I don’t know how much but it isn’t a lot. There is only one story book scene that was too big for our toddler that’s under 2 and that was the jack & the bean stalk. It is a jungle gym that goes about 4 stories high and then has a winding slide going down. We thought about going with her but it was a popular one for the older kiddos so it would be too much for a small toddler under 4.
This place has so much for the kids to see and do. I especially love the themes as they relate to my childhood. They also had many rides for the kids to enjoy. I can't wait to go again.
Amusement park at City Park reminds me so much of Central Park in NYC. If you’ve kids, there’s nothing like it in New Orleans ‘heaven’. I bought the Family season pass for 4 for $265 and have no regrets. Babies absolutely love it. Pay attention to the height chart, otherwise, a parent can always accompany a child almost on all the rides. Even an infant can go on 4 rides. Train, Ferris wheel, roller coaster, carousel garden etc are the highlights with 20+ Rides. They’re open from Thur - Sun from 11a-8p and I usually go on Sundays, when there’s no rush whatsoever. The staff consists of teenagers who are super friendly. I would highly recommend the Amusement park. And next door Storyland is also included with the season pass😊
I used to come here with my family as a child very often.. multiple times a year. This was my first time in 5 years and I enjoyed it so much! I felt like a kid again!!! The rides, the lights, the food, the music!!! It was AMAZING! SO MUCH FUN! My fiancé and I went twice this week!
Christmas at the park was amazing. would absolutely recommend it's like a mini Disney world. night time is the best time to go for sure when the lights hit.
Wonderful place for my family! Love the rides! We had a great time! Storyland is magical place! Made me feel like a kid again! 🍫🍬🍭🍦
