My son loves Kangaroo Jax it was me and my husband first time coming, and we have been going here since. We celebrated 🥳 my son first birthday he loved it waaaaay better than chuck e cheese.
Great jump park and excellent customer service. Had a great experience here today with my son and his friend (aged 12). In addition, Kendall who was working the front check in was exceptional. Very friendly and told us the benefits of the monthly program which saved us money and gave us a reason to come back often. She was very knowledgeable of the program and was an easy check in process.
The park itself is fun. On the other hand, I have been trying to cancel my membership but I never even receive a confirmation that my request was received. I call and no answer. I leave a message and no returned call. They don’t have a customer service number nor do they have a support email address to contact. They’ve continued to charge my card. That’s why they got one star.
Update: I was able to get in touch with someone in corporate by the name of Tommy. He was very helpful. His actions, alone, went a long way for me!

Loving this place! The staff are super nice and professional. They're helpful and I cannot brag enough about this place it's truly fun for all ages! They keep the ac on so its comfortable for the adults. Love that adults don't have to pay to play with their kids, pricing is very fair and reasonable even the food prices are reasonable. This is the first place I've found that if we lived closer I would most likely be bringing my kids every week. Everything is clean and well kept nothing is run down or dirty looking. I'm so happy we found this place! If I could give this place and it's staff 1000000 * rating it would have definitely been done today!

Amazing place the staff was friendly and very attentive. The rides are kid safe and loads of fun. I will be back!!!! Highly recommend this place for younger children. They even have a toddler section. My little girl is almost 3 now and she loves it. She can do basically everything with me just over seeing her on the rides. Love it!
Used to love this place when it was Defy but it's gotten way worse in such a short time as SkyZone. 20+ minutes just to get in the front door now (on a weekday) and it was previously just walk right in with a membership. Looking for another good jumping and hangout option for kids now unfortunately.
Kids had a great time. 2 hours of jumping for 13 year olds wipe them out!!
It's OK. Our favorite is Urban Air (which just closed unfortunately). Defy isn't as good as Urban Air. Definitely seems more geared towards old kids/teens as some of the things we're too tall for my kiddos to use, like the zip line. The setup isn't as good as other similar places. It's nice when there is good wifi and a place to sit and work on my laptop. Not terrible, but in my opinion, not worth the price, especially as it's a timed entry. Probably better to go with a membership. Staff wasn't rude or anything of the sort, but they were sparse and not super engaged. Some activities have posted signs that staff need to be present, even when no one was there. If you live close by, and have older kids, it's probably a good choice! Younger kids might do better at SkyZone.
We had my granddaughters birthday party here a week ago. The children had a superb time utilizing the play areas in the facility. They were running from one activity to the next and really having a ball. The service of the workers was top notch. I would reccomed this place again and again. I had fun watching the children having a good time. They are exceptionally accommodating here. Thumbs up DEFY OF GREENVILLE. I 👏👍Thanks again for your hospitality.
I have to say, I was very disappointed with my experience at Urban Air. It's very unfortunate, as it has so much potential to be an amazing place. However, there is a serious lack of staff, security, rules, regulations, and it was a total mad house.

From the dim lights, to nobody standing at the door making sure the right kids go with the right adults, to no regulations of how many kids can be in the ball pits, and bounce walls at the same time was just mind boggling.

In the 3 hours we were there my friends and I witnessed serious injuries, neglect, literally saw a child on the high zip line stuck for a whole till another adult realized they needed help. All the while we were trying to find responsible staff to reach out to in all the midst of all the chaos.

Over all, the price for the fun house for all day passes is very enticing, until that is, you have hundreds of kids jumping and running and getting hurt all at the same time. There didn't seem to be any limits to how many people could play at the same time in the arena and that was very scary.

My friends and I went with 4 boys from 8-10 years old, and they all said they do not want to come back. These are all high energy boys who love all things boy, and they told us "it was too chaotic, and they did not feel safe". From the mouths of babies ladies and gentleman.
The place was actually nice. The only thing I just don’t understand is how the times for the birthday party goes and why you have to stay in the room after you go in it.

While baby sitting my 2 year old great great nephew, I planned a visit to Kangaroo Jax. Kangaroo Jax is an inside play area for children( adults too if you’re playing with your child or children). I completed the online safety waiver, filled out the minor child’s name, and the people participating. I was totally confused by this section, because I also had my 11 yr. old great niece with me. I put both of our names down as participating. The participating part means that you will be doing the play activities with the minor child. My niece was the one that participated, but by me misunderstanding that question. I paid for myself too, and if you’re not participating you don’t have to pay. I got my confirmation email, you can also fill out a waiver on-site. We arrived around 10:45, and it wasn’t very crowded at opening, but by the time we left 2 hours later it was packed. There is A LOT to keep the little ones and older children entertained. There’s a party area, a small section with a few arcade type games, face painting, snack area, picnic tables. You are required to play with your shoes off, but with socks on. You can also purchase socks on-site for $3 if you don’t have them with you. There are places to sit and watch , or for the participants that the children have worn out to catch their breath. There are even 3 of those massage chairs for the adults. My nephew had a great time, he was like a little hurricane, my niece was sweating and out of breath trying to keep up with him. Shout out to my niece for being my nephew’s play mate!! I could not have done it without her!! It’s a nice place in a safe environment( you still gotta watch your kids), and it’s inside with no worries about the weather stopping the fun. As usual, it’s always nice to spend time with family.
Great for kids to have a ton of fun. There are several activities to do with your kids at this location. Trampolines, go carts, bumper cars, zip lining, ropes to walk along with harness. Food line is busy so prepare to wait and staff is really needed at this place.
This place was nice when it opened now this is trash city. What a mismanaged dump it has become, just sad. We wanted to ride go karts, got the tickets, walked over to ride and were told go karts are charging. They send us off and told us to wait 15 minutes. As soon as we walked away, they let people on and started the race. We had to stay in a long line for a single kart because they only have 4 single rider carts. 2 rider carts were all sitting empty. The place is so dirty. Trash everywhere. Most of the time no one at the registers.

Great value for entertaining children of various ages! My 8 year old had a great time playing with my friend's 4 year old for about 3 hours. There's a separate area for ages 5 and under, which had plenty of fun activities as well. There is plenty of seating for parents throughout the facility. Concessions are very reasonable, staff was consistently helpful, safe environment, socks for sale, arcade tokens sold separately. I would have given 5 stars if everything in the bathrooms was functional and if someone cleaned tables and vacuumed throughout the day. Overall pleasant experience, we do plan to visit again.
Great experience for the kid. Similar to Big Air with bonuses. Go-carts, zip line. Birthday party is a bit too pricey, but the kids had a good time.
This is my first time being here and I like it alot.!! You don't have a time limit and they have all kinds of things to do.!! Coolest thing I liked was the go karts and they had fun stuff for kids to and rock climbing jumping zip lines they had snacks to drinks slushys party areas upstairs and down stairs. Definitely a cool place I will definitely be back.!!
My problem with Urban Air? My mother and I missed a milestone of my granddaughter. 5 Years old!!!!
Why did we miss it and how is it Urban Airs fault?

My 81 year old mother is in a wheelchair. She can't walk far and could NEVER climb the stairs to the second floor, where my grandchild's birthday was being held in a private room. When we arrived, I checked in to see where to go. The young ladies were very courteous and helpful. When I asked how to get to the second floor, they pointed out the stairs. I then looked down to my mother, settled in her wheelchair. I asked about an elevator. They replied that there wasn't one!

So we ended up leaving because I would never abandon my mother in a corner where she could not partake in the fun of the birthday party, this is after all her great grandchild. My mother has Alzheimer's and may not have long to make new memories of her great grandchildren.

But I can imagine the disappointment of a disabled child, who is thrilled at being invited to a birthday party, only to arrive and they can't climb the stairs because of their disabilities. They can't participate because, really, there are not any rides they can try. No entertainment other than watching others.

Imagine having a handicap accessible entrance but no elevator or entertainment for those with disabilities.

I'm going to end this with me checking on my mom before I went to bed yesterday. I could hear her softly crying. When I asked why she was crying, she said she failed her great granddaughter by not attending her party and watching her enjoy her Barbie cake and her opening presents. If an 81 year old felt that way, how must a child feel?

Do better Urban Air!

The staff is always friendly. The establishment is very clean and well kept. There is a variety of inflatable bounce houses for different ages and a separate zone for toddlers. They also have a carousel, miniature ferris wheel. and mechanic ride for smaller children.
This place is going down hill fast. We used to love going here. Used to be so clean and now it’s filthy. Walked in when it opened. This place obviously wasn’t cleaned the night before. Who knows maybe longer than that. The employees just stand around and chat with each other. They are not really paying attention or at least picking up the mess. I did reach out to them on Facebook. I was told that they would go through the park again. (Didn’t look like they tried the first time.) I did notice that the cup beside the chair and the pencil was picked up. The floor around it still had either a drink or food residue stuck on the floor. The cup in the playground for kids 7 and under was still there. There was dried up old popcorn on the ground, Clear wrappers, and in some parts it looked like either gum or some kind of candy stuck on the ground. It was just overall gross. I do have a family membership. I will not renew after this one expires.
I'm from out of the area and took my kids with their cousins. They were busy and understaffed. Our first issue was a bench that was not fully secured, when I sat the bench flew up causing me to fall into the next tables bench hurting my back. Went to find a manager (she is may 19-21) she looked at it, said "I don't want to undo the other side to remove it" Cool, hope a child isn't hurt. Second contact was the high walk thing, my niece got stuck, no employees paying attention to help her. Third contact was kids throwing balls in the ball pit, some purposefully thrown at my neices face and throat, no employee intervention, manager asks " do you know them?" No, we don't. At this point I'm not very happy, I get it, it's a Friday where kids are off school, but plan better. Forth and final contact was the teens fighting/rough housing right inside the door, manager right there saying nothing until I said something. I feel like I wasted $200 bucks, not including food.

PS, bathrooms dirty, where shoes when you go in there!!!
Worth the price. We went with the monthly membership (17.99) which is cheaper than the one day 90 minute (19.99). Just cancel the membership if you’re not planning on coming multiple times. But if you’re planning on going again, membership is a deal.
