The hot dog bun was ROCK HARD. That is not an exaggeration. The place is dirty. The cheese nachos were anything but cheese. This place needs to step it up for the prices they charge.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Some of my game cards did not work properly, and they took their time to check the problem. The food was good, and the kids had a blast. I will definitely be coming back soon.

I need a member of management to get here as I have a few things that I need clarified. Your website promotes toddler time every second and fourth Saturday from 10-12. I made a very concerted effort to get my 3year old there on that time and day. We visited the park on Saturday, June 22nd. Why was my three year old in the foam pits with multiple high school aged boys and girls? We had to move several times to try to get away from the older kids who didn't care that my toddler was in their way. On top of that, you had a "blackout" where the dang lights were turned off/down, further complicating my ability to watch my child with all of these older children. I didn't see any adult during my check in process. It looks to have been run by a bunch of high school kids who were playing catch with the balls that were in the areas. You have us sign this waiver removing you all from any liability due to any injuries, but LAUNCH did NOT do it's due diligence to provide a safe space for my child to jump. You need to remove 'Toddler Time' from your site if it is truly not a safe space for littles to be in.

Very unorganized, had a party and the host was scared to even come in the room this is the 2nd party I have attended the kids working are very racist in my opinion. I had to serve food and drink and clean up meanwhile all of the workers walked around. I will never be back. Waited 30 minutes for a drink

Fun splatter paint birthday party for our 8 year old. Staff was very helpful and worked with us to ensure our granddaughter and her guests had a great time.

This has been a favorite of my kid's for years, and it's a great way to get kids active, but definitely need to 1. Supervise your own kids. The staff tries but they're mostly extremely young and have a LOT of kids to watch 2. Eat before you go. The "food" is severely overprice, sub-par, and usually verrrrrry slow if it's even available, and 3. Reuse your socks. They can be washed and re-used. An added expense you don't need but the website doesn't tell you any traction-giving socks will work.

Couldn’t have asked for a fun packed night!! Girls night was an EPIC one this time. We started out with the paint room then moved to the smash room and finished off the night throwing axes….because why not lol
Highly recommend you go. Employees are very helpful and extremely nice. Will definitely be going back again. Guaranteed if you go you will become a fan as well!!

We go here frequently as a group usually of 8-12 friends and always have a great time. The staff is always super friendly and the vibe of the place is super chill and welcoming, just watch out for the axes flying around lol

10/10! My daughter’s 2nd birthday party was planned for the park today and rained out. We were so disappointed! However, we were able to have our party moved over to Launch thanks to Ms.Mckenzie Robinson! She was the sweetest and made our little girl’s day! Ms.Kenzie was even kind enough to decrease the volume in the music a little to help with the sensory needs of our autistic son who was attending the party! 10/10 the best party with the sweetest staff and was are super grateful they were able to have us last minute! We will be letting their party supervisor (Ms.Kayla) plan our parties from now on! For this to have been such an amazing last minute party I can’t imagine how awesome a planned party will be! Thank you Launch staff for such a great memory!

Had fun shooting pool but did not have a good experience throwing axes. You are expected to give all your information and download a picture of yourself to even throw and they do not tell you until you pay. The worst part is that the tables they have you to sit at will have you sitting in the other people's laps they are literally less than two feet apart.

Our first visit really was games overall it was a nice visit. My grandchildren kids love it. The website said they closed at 11 pm, but they closed at 10 pm.

The reason for three and not one star is all of the staff was really friendly and my issues with the facility was no fault of thiers.

There should be a lane for guest who booked paid and already filled the waiver out online. Also difficult to find as not on initial directories when entering outlets. We had a very short window to be there before catching a flight at a near by airport...guests a head of us didn't understand the menu and the woman was about to explain each package I felt rude having to ask if there was a special waiting area for guests who have already paid signed a waiver and had an appointment time...if you had designated lines I think this would help as staff could tell who to handle first.

I'm assuming this place has high reviews cause most have never gone to another smash room business my experience is you get a lot more bottles dishes with the entry level package but this smash room was about 30 percent cheaper than others I've been too...I figured this was because it was in Mississippi. But for two ppl we got 12 bottles one wine bottle and an I pad....luckily we were in a rush so I guess in this case less was more. The room for two ppl was very small and the attendant said we had to throw on wood side not the opposing metal side all other smash places I've been to it's always the metal side as this breaks them easier not sure if this was just a case of wrong instruction but we followed what we were told which meant it was very hard to break them and we had to break them primarily using hammers on the wood block this caused tiny glass shards to hit under the mask and go on top of gloves which were not great gloves I've actually never seen those kind in a smash room but have used them personally for gardening...usually it more what I would call work style gloves so any way I left with l call rug burn style cuts just from supper tiny glass particles rubbing on my skin. Just in comfortable.

The room was also super small for two ppl. Other ones I've gone to the starter room is usually a 1 to 4 person and is about 4 times the size of the room we were in.

I think a few changes could make this great.

1. New gloves being a big one that have protection on both sides of the hand.
2. larger rooms it was a Saturday afternoon not exceptionally busy so I think it's feasible to extend the rooms the lobby area is huge so there is def some.unutilize space available
3. More bottels dishes per per person.

Blue tooth speakers in the rooms so guests can play their preferred music is always nice.

My son had a blast here, we had his birthday party here Saturday and we all had so much fun, the staff were sweet and kept everything going. Definitely will be coming back a lot more

Took my 19 year old here for his birthday. He and my 21 year old went in, while his mother and I watched on the monitor. They really had a lot of fun. My son is in Computer school and enjoyed smashing a computer on purpose for a change! The management was very nice and helpful and were completely fine with us moving our reservation up an hour when we arrived early unexpectedly. Overall it was a fun experience and worth the price.

Such a fun place! Perfect for a little break during strolling the outlets and even worth a trip on it's on for parties, nights out, etc. My son and I went and did the smash lanes. We both had a blast! Prices are reasonable, too. Did I mention they have ski ball and pinball too? Great place for making some fun memories. There's even a break up package where you can smash your exes items! 😂
