An amazing spot to bring your children. I’ve been to two birthday parties here within the last month and the children love it every time. The staff are friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the food isn’t the greatest in my opinion. But at the end of the day, it’s for children and they will 1000% love it here.

The park is a bunch of fun and clean. The food is pretty good. However, you do not want to pay extra money for the VIP room or a host. The host will not be around to help you. You will have to host the party yourself, so save your money and just get the tickets to play at the park. That way you can enjoy your time with your children.

We bought a family year pass before going a few times to get the feel for what it's really like on the weekends. Our pass does not help us get in quicker than anyone else. You will wait in line on a Friday night from anywhere from 10-20 minutes. This place is definitely fun for kids ages 5 through teens & has a lot of potential to be better. My first concern is that there doesn't seem to be any over the age of 21 that works there. So what happens if a fight breaks out or a serious injury happens? There was a security guard there the first time we attended but we haven't seen him back since. There were teens there a few weeks ago that thought it was funny to throw slushy drinks at one another & of course it splashed on bystanders. The teenage staff did nothing to stop this and who could blame them, they were the same age as the kids causing a big mess. There needs to be more seating for when eating food or time limits at tables. We've never been able to get a table to eat out food at because most people use the table as a hang out spot the entire night or just a place to leave their belongings instead of using the cubbies and lockers provided. This review is not intended to bash this place, my kids love it. I see room for improvement so that parents won't find it an obnoxious place to visit.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I did have a few concerns about the large jungle gym they had. There was a lot of trash throughout. There were also missing safety mats, or they were pulled up and were a tripping Hazzard. Some of the obstacles in it were also broken and hanging. I don't think it gets cleaned often, so if you are worried about getting sick, make sure to bring sanitizer. There were a few places where kids' hair was cought and hanging on some of the assembly. Adults aren't allowed to help their small children unless they also buy a pass. I'm assuming that is why it's not frequently cleaned because kids don't care, and adults don't see it. Honestly, that was the only issue I noticed about the place, but because my son is small and autistic, it was the main place we were playing.

We are here now and there are some really cool attractions. My kids love the sky rider. However, even though we got here right when it opened, it is SO DIRTY. There is garbage all over the floors and dust and dirt visible on most surfaces. There are also not enough employees working in the climbing area- too many kids to help for just one person. We would not return for the price paid.

We all had a BLAST at Livonia Urban Air! There were so many cool things to do that we have never done before! The zip line was so fun!! We won flip squids in the arcade, ate pizza, popcorn, pop and slushies! The flip bumper cars were a hit! There was something for everyone and the massage chairs were much needed after all the work outs we did!
The bathroom was clean and there was hand sanitizer all around. Staff was friendly and helpful and plentiful. We can’t wait to come back and do more!!!

This is an absolute blast.
We brought our 11 year old son here for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. The bumper cars that flip you upside down are a must.
Zip lining across the top of the building was crazy.
The Ninja warrior course has a ball pit, which will also inevitably always be fun.
Different rock climbing walls as well as a multi story play structure maze. Thankfully it wasn't super busy either so it made for quick lines and low wait times. Definitely a great way to spend the day as a family.

I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s a fun place for kids no doubt. My kids enjoyed it, had a fun time playing with other kids and they loved zip lining. It was Saturday, and it was packed like it’s supposed to be. I read other reviews about there being “kids” that work here. Yes there are mostly teenagers employed here, for most probably their first job so just watch over your own kids like you’re supposed to be doing and you won’t have so many safety concerns. Great place, thumbs up and kudos to these working teens!
