82° in there today, I honestly think they make it extremely hot in there so kids get tired quickly and leave. Also ongoing issue with the diaper changing tables, they are either broken for months on end, today it was attached to the wall. I put my 1 year old on it and it started to come away from the wall while I was trying to change him. How hard can be to install a diaper changing table.
I wasn’t told the cancellation policy I called back within 30 days to cancel and it was too late. The girl Asia never told me I had to call 3 days before lied to my face and said she did tell me. I was charged for extra month which I didn’t need. I will not bring my child here again. I was lied to and they stoled my

Amazing ♥️ funny. I really recommend taking your kids here. You will enjoy with them. I had a lot of fun with my children, we couldn't stop laughing, it's a wonderful place 💯 💯 ♥️♥️🥰🥰🥰🥰
I’ve been there once before for a party and it was fine but today I took my son and there was no AC in the entire place. You would think upon paying upstairs they would have told you, but they did not. The least they could have done was give a small percentage off the rate or off the drinks knowing how extremely hot it was inside. We couldn’t even stay the entire time the heat was too overwhelming. Other than that the kids had a good time but was not enjoyable
We went a few weeks ago thinking it would be a fun respite from the heat. The AC was not working, the stuffed cubes in the pits were moist, and the trampoline area was falling apart (we saw the bumpers coming off and springs visible). No water in the fountain and the bathroom was disgusting. We spoke with a manager afterwards via phone and she assured us the AC issue was being fixed. My son went back for a birthday party yesterday and my husband confirmed that nothing has changed and it is still awful. It is too bad because we used to enjoy going there from time to time, but defiantly not again.
Went super early on a weekday (12pm) and it was practically empty. The kids had a blast
I had the worse experience at this location. Not only was it unclean, there was no ventilation system, it smelled like cigarettes. The staff were not happy nor were they helpful, most were just standing around. There was huge throw up in the middle of the facility. I will not be going back. Very disappointed for the price we paid. We didn’t even take our full time because we were so disgusted.
This place is pretty good for kids. My 13 year old was just right for the age but I suggest no older than that. They have a toddler section. A few arcade games that aren’t worth it. The sections are isolated and well kept for kids. There are special rooms to host birthdays (with cake and pizza included in packages). The food is too overpriced and not worth the extra money. There are lockers to keep your items
