Took my child to her friend's birthday party here. It looked like so much fun! I am planning on going back with all my kids as a family outing. We are even considering having my daughter's birthday party here. So much to do there!

Took my daughters and a friend on a Saturday morning expecting a crowd. We got there at opening and it took them a bit to get the features that required harnesses open, but it wasn't crowded at all and we were able to do everything within 2 hours. It started getting pretty busy around noon with several birthday parties. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a great time. I felt like it was worth the price.

Too much fun at my grandsons 7 th birthday party today. The atmosphere is loud ( with music and screaming children) but relaxed. Staff seems attentive and helpful. Lots of birthday parties on a Sunday!! I was happy that we had a separate room with glass windows to watch the fun while we sang happy birthday and ate pizza, wings and cake. We could carry on a normal conversation, which was a blessing! The activities are changing and the children could choose their challenges independently for the most part. There were plenty of alternatives despite the number of children today. I would recommend this venue as a great spot for a fun birthday!

A bit pricey if you want to do the zip line and laser tag (almost $40). But my kids had an amazing time.

I had a birthday party at Urban Air on a Saturday. It was fantastic. The owner was very helpful throughout the process with making sure we had everything needed for a successful event. The staff was stellar. Our party host was very attentive. I would highly recommend for a birthday party.

I had my sons 11th birthday party here yesterday and everyone absolutely loved it. This location was very clean which is super important to me when inviting friends and family out to celebrate one of my children.

Our host Xavier was the best. We didn’t need for anything. He was so nice, extremely professional and truly cared about my son having a nice birthday. He always has the biggest smile and whenever I requested something he would say “no problem!” And I would have whatever was needed within minutes. At check out, I let the employee know that I would love to have parties for my other children there but Xavier would have to be my host. I can’t express how amazing he was. Even the other parents and my family loved him.

Customer service will either make or break a company. With an employee like Xavier, Urban Air will be in business for many years to come! Thanks so much Urban Air. My money was well spent!

We have been to a lot of similar play places in Virginia and Maryland but this one is my new favorite! The zip line is awesome, the space is huge, and there's so much seating. I was expecting it to be loud and over crowded but it wasn't! Kids had a blast and parents could chill 🥲 really appreciate that they do buzzers for food orders, too. We'll be back!

Quite an experience! We have been to other places like this but this one was just more. Almost chaotic but in a good way. Climbing, ziplining, bumper cars, foam pits, trampolines, and an almost ninja warrior ball pit. Had a great time. Line for refreshments was a mess but to be expected and not awful. Bathrooms need help, men's is wide open while women are waiting in long lines. Would visit again and had fun.
