I feel like I always have a good experience at this location! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Peyton helped me today and it was great to have a conversation about our favorite pins! I also feel like I can usually find more at this location than any other.

I love this store and have never had a problem before. However tonight I was there with my daughter and asked her to point out what she wanted for Christmas. I went to take a picture of the item and was told I wasn't aloud to take a picture of a plushie! First time this has ever happened to me. I've taken many pictures of things in there before. I kept my composure but absolutely wanted to lose it like really? We live in the year 2023 everyone uses their phones and a lot of parents are telling their children to take pictures of things for their Christmas list. So I said let's just go over to FYE. They were very nice over there and let me take pictures of the items she was pointing out. I wonder of that girl knows we can go online and screen shot the items. It just seemed absolutely ridiculous and doesn't make me want to go their anymore. There is no such thing there are no signs or anything stating we can't take pictures.

Absolutely 💜 Spencers! What a very cool store! We were looking for a specific item. Spencers had that and TONS of other Christmas ideas. Thank you! We wil go again.

So I brought my fickle daughter here , she specifically said she wanted to shop at hot topic Peyton graciously looked up all the very specific items my daughter wanted, and found them!! Thank you so much!

I entered the store and politely complimented one of the workers there wearing all goth and pale white goth make up for her attire looking really cool. Don’t know why they visibly looked disgusted and dismissed and purposely avoided me to talk to me and talk my girlfriend instead. I don’t know what their issue was and I felt as though there was some kind of weird vibe. I’ve always been nice to the workers and always gave them an appropriate genuine compliment on them looking cool, because all of them are neat! Even my gf was visibly confused. I hope next time I’ll have a better experience and then I’ll change my review.

The store has been decluttered since I've been there in my youth. However they rarely ever have plus size options in the store. I unsally end up ordering online. But you can always bring your online orders to the store if you want to return them instead of mailing them. The customer service there is always wonderful they are always ready to help you and answer any questions that you might have they're very friendly. I don't know the manager's name but he's been there for many years and I see him every time I go in. So consistent workers is a very good thing as well. And this last time I went everything was very well organized and a decluttered as well as it looked very clean inside. Unfortunately because I'm plus sized and I usually buy the beautiful dresses from Hot Topic this is why they are losing two stars because I really can't shop there as much as just browse.

Got this price matched for the online price which was $17 less expensive! I always get the best and most friendly service at this store

My Hot 🔥 Topic experience was great again.. from the jewelry accessories, t-shirts, little trinkets & book bags you can't go wrong..they're all our favorites and for different ages depends on what you like to wear and how you put it together . . they have all the characters accessories she loves because she paints and draws. she found these adorable gloves.. and I found an adorable sexy spider poncho.. let's not forget about the great staff they're always helpful and will show you if you're not sure about whatever it is you're going to purchase always a great attitude every time 🙂

This particular Greece location has amazing workers. So helpful without a problem. I guess their online system has been down since Xmas but they still helped by honoring the 20% in store coupon. Which helps a lot since I'm a huge collector

DO NOT GET THEIR PIERCING JEWELRY
I’m just saying this from experiences. Whenever I got a piercing ring from there I always had to take it out 2 days later because there was blood and pus coming out if it. I stopped buying their septum rings and I recently tried out their eyebrow bars since I had my original one in for a while with no problem. A day after I put in one of their brow bars my piercing rejected almost immediately and was gushing blood. I took it out in the bathroom before it got any worse. I don’t think I’ll be able to salvage the piercing in my brow now, I’ll just have a gaping hole in my brow thanks to that. One star is generous. Don’t believe me? I’ll literally show you my infection

This is probably my favorite Hot Topic location. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. I feel like they go above and beyond to make sure I can find what I’d like. I always feel like I’m at home when I come to this store. I also like that this store is neatly organized unlike some hot topic locations where the stock can feel overwhelming. I recommend shopping here to anyone really, I promise you’ll find something you love!
