Stay away from them. Kept my laptop for over a month without giving me a receipt or any document and kept delaying. Replaced my motherboard saying it was original which stopped working in 2 months. When I checked with another service provider I was told it is a fake one which is provided. I took it back to laptop specialist and the guy first asked me to pay 4K to repair the new motherboard he had put since warranty was over in a month. He kept asking me to pay him some home visit charges of 1500 pending from last time which he assumed was understood which is why he did not inform me about any such charge in advance and mentioned it only after all work was done. Then when I asked him to hand over the laptop which I will get fixed by someone else and went to pick it up he claimed to have fixed the laptop at no additional cost but I still paid another service provider and got my laptop checked. While I was taking the laptop from these guys he asked me to pay 1500 of pending home visitation charges from two months back. I had enough of it and I took my laptop and left. 4 guys followed me and extorted this amount from me which I was happy to pay them to get rid of these goons. I didn’t report them to the police since I didn’t have the time for it, but sharing this info for the welfare of other consumers.

I had given my MacBook to Laptop Specialist in the first week of May. It was working fine, until one day it wouldn't start up. The person-in-charge (Mandar) told me it will get fixed within a few days. I kept following up with him and after two months, multiple replacements of ICs and the battery. Eventually he didn't fix it and completely ruined the value of it. All other service centres have said you can't work on it anymore or else it will heat-up and not work. Now the resale of my MacBook Pro 2019 is gone down to 4k thanks to the Laptop Specialist. So I'd urge anyone planning to give their laptops here to think a hundred times and rather throw their laptops in the Mandovi then go through the anguish that I've been through.

I gave it to laptop expert shop yesterday for dim display problem they told me board problem it will cost 3000rs Today when I went to pick up the laptop, they fixed my dim display issue and damaged the display, after giving dual display issue, they told me that it would cost Rs 7000 to change the display. I just gave 3000 rs to them not for laptop dim display problem but for damaging my laptop display.These people are scam artists... They will simply tell ur laptop has problems and ask to pay more than required.... No experienced IT people with very unprofessional work ethic. The people posting the 5 star reviews are the employees that work here.
My opinion is please don't go here for your valuable laptop repair😡

I had a very good experience. Mandar was able to bring my 2015 Macbook Pro back to life. The machine had data that was extremely important to me. I mailed the laptop from Mumbai to goa. Mandar gave me a quick diagnosis and the laptop was repaired and brought back to good as new condition.

I took my laptop to repair at this place and was met with a quiet, but sure expertise of the Computer Tech Sufiyan. He diagnosed and fixed the issue on the same day. I would definitely recommend this place.

I came for a broken hinch which Sufiyan offered to fix for rs 6000. He also suggested to clean the laptop from inside. I agreed, but when I got home I noticed my left speaker was broken as well as the fan, showing a fan malfunction error each time I started my laptop. I got it fixed again somewhere else (the fan, not the speaker, that's permanently broken), but never heard from Sufiyan again.

Oooof. Very dodgy place. Was quoted ₹9500 for a new motherboard. Picked up the laptop the next day and the staff member wrote the bill and I watched him awkwardly keep his finger over the final amount as he was writing it. ₹12500. And it wasn't even a new motherboard - it was the same motherboard just with old parts from a different laptop soldered on. He was hiding the price AS HE WAS WRITING IT. Why you embarrassed, Pooja?

The manager said that ALL the laptops in the Panjim area come through him to be fixed. Sounds like the premise for a true crime Netflix docuseries or something.

I managed to talk him down to the price I was quoted, but he made up some excuse that he has a family to feed. Dude, you literally just told me proudly you had a laptop repair Empire. Don't give me that. AND this wasn't a brand new motherboard, this was tiny bits from a someone else's motherboard.

If you want to get cheated out of your money, this is a wonderfully shady place. If you want, however, to get a professional job done and feel secure that your laptop will be as safe as your hard-earned money... Avoid all laptop repair shops in Panjim. I don't know, try Switzerland - it's cheaper.
