quick service, helpful and decently priced for the location. recommend calling ahead for an appointment, but oftentimes no long waiting time before they can find you a slot.

Helpful mechanics but the one in charge, not so much.

Went for a bulb change at the headlights, they discovered the wiring is a bit fragile. The guy helping me wished to fix them, but the boss cut him off, and ended the "service". Still had to pay. Nevermind that they said one price over the phone, and a totally different one after arriving.

After the third visit, I'm fully satisfied with them, respectful and prompt staff, quality spare parts and fair prices.

I have been here twice and received very professional service. I have been there for tire service. I made an appointment via phone. Was serviced at agreed time and treated with respect. Will use service again.

Very professional and good quality for the money. They take appointments and they respect them, they are quick, even have a waiting room to use until they finish. And they speak English which in some cases is useful for some customers. I totally recommend this service!

They don`t are about their`s costumers, I waited in the morning half an hour to fix my car, and after they finished their`s coffee on of them told me that some machine is not working, when i got to receptionist he told me that i shouldn`t do online scheduling. 1 star is too much for that unprofessionalism.

Not great, but alright. There was a mix-up with my appointment for tire change. But they were very accommodating, owning up to the mistake and servicing my car at the original appointment hour. People skills could be better, but I didn't go there for the sparkling conversation.

GOOD PEOPLE, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

An ulterior check at a different service (a trustworthy one) uncovered that they sold me car parts of about 400 RON worth for about 800 RON. Plus, they broke a spring and "fixed" it without telling me, which was the equivalent of putting a band-aid on a broken car spring.
I firmly believe that I should not be a car expert in order to not be screwed over. Had I been a car expert, I didn't need a car service in the first place.

Not bad, but extremely expensive. 400 RON for 2 hrs of work (and that's just the fee, another 800 for the parts).

The service is terrible and the employees are very rude and unexpected. They used brute force hitting my car with a hammer because they lack the necessary tools. They never take responsibility for their mistakes do not respect appointments at all. The person in charge is always angry. Do not make the mistake to go there. Worst experience by far!!!

Quite fast service and dedicated people. Add to that the fact they're open at odd hours and during the weekends and it's a pretty sweet option. We had a set of tires changed and the guy was fast, thorough and took good care not to damage the rims.
