It was recommended by a friend that’s why I went here but I won’t recommend them at all I came to do oil change and they made me blindly set for a 3 hours waiting until I fed up and checked what’s wrong and I was shocked by what I saw these guys emptied my car oil without having an oil in their store and kept my car open for 3 hours without an oil change they are definitely not trustworthy as all these hours gave the break as an excuse trying to minimise my intelligence what a joke they gave me free cleaning and discount for protection as I will be needing that .

I will never come back here again and I recommend everyone to not do so, this is a very honest review.

An advice pay for your comfort which a thing they don’t do here also don’t believe all these positive comments I guess they work there or something.

It was a pleasure experience in Exotic to fix may car with a proper inspection and fixing, special thanks to Marina who helped me from the first contact for an appointment till my car is fixed 🙂. The reception decorations and setting area reflect the 5 stars service.

It is one of the best car service shops in Abu Dhabi. I had a great time while waiting for my car to be inspected. They found the issue with my car while others gave me fake information. I will come to them again to fix my car. They have a wonderfull and supportive worker named Marina who took care of me from the beginning. I recomend ship prepare shop if you have any issue with your vehicle. I have a germin vehicle.

Took long time and very bad paint job. Even some dents are still visible. Never recommend these workshop at all. Workers are very lazy. I can see some paints on the lights as well. Never trust these people. I will add photos as well.

Just bought myself a new car and had to fix some dents/scratches, and do some other minor repairs. Honestly these people are amazing. Very helpful customer service, they reply instantly on every message. They picked up my car and delivered it back for no extra charge. The worked they performed was top quality and for a great price. Will be coming back here in the future for sure!

One of the best workshop in mussafah region..i have recently taken an xterra and later found an issue with ac cooling .i went more than 4 workshop and spended alot of money but the stil the complain was same .. one of my friend taken me to this carriage.. and met mr kannan..he is the master in ac work there..he said to kept the car there and updated the work prgress with fotos all the tym .. after 2 days i got my car back and my ac issue was completly solved.. i am just writting this rewiew here bcous i cant express how happy i am after that..people in uae can understand how dificulty to drive a car with a ac problem and might your ac mechanic said to change many things including compressor and all and you have spend a lot of money but sometimes the problem wont b solved.

The manager is VERY RUDE. The he shouted at me on phone i had to hangup. It took them 4 days to paint a scratch on the bumper. I regret taking my car there. They are soooo nice when you get there , they treat you so nicely but once the car is in their hands you are of NO IMPORTANCE TO THEM ANYMORE. CAN NOT RECOMMEND
