The place is really unique and has its importance in History.
As per Google and everywhere timings mentioned are till 6:30 PM. But the place is open till 5:00 PM only. It's far away place and many people were coming with the same issue and were quite disappointed with it.

Notably, there's no entry fee, making it accessible to all. The first-floor art gallery is an added bonus, for a nominal charge of 10 RS. Whether you are a history enthusiast or a spiritual seeker, the Basilica offers a serene and culturally enriching experience in the heart of Goa.
We visited in December which is right time to visit. We see heavy rush was there. We even waited for some time in queue to enter the church but it was all worth it 💯

A small art museum was also seen within the church in first floor with an entry fee of 10 rupees, showcasing old photos of church and statues of other saints giving us a brief idea about history.

The craftsmanship is outstanding, with the gold coating on the woodwork being so seamlessly done that you hardly realize it's wood beneath.
While exploring, you'll come across a counter offering toys and religious items. However, it's essential to note that they only accept cash – no UPI or cards. This historical gem not only offers a glimpse into the past but also showcases the dedication to maintaining its cultural and religious significance.
