Good location.
I don’t want to get caught up in jargon and rhetorics but last time I checked library meant you’re allowed to go in and look at the books. This is the only “library” you can’t access cause you have insufficient clearance. Apparently they have some really top secret books in there. Stop calling it a library.

A terrific experience during a very dark time. My son was admitted unexpectedly for a very serious condition. All staff at CHEO have been kind and understanding, patient, and thorough. Thank you to everyone who has supported us and guided us through a difficult experience. Highly recommended.
Friday night the guy who took my order. Was realy friendly and nice right before Cloes. Saturday Morning the young boy opened 5 mins Late and I ask him if thay make French vanillas at Starbucks and he says no he's not a Tim Hortons it's a Starbucks. Not so friendly.

Not bad at all,I appreciated a lot, what you guys doing for those kids,and us parents,even my son a couple times, have asked me to take him to the Doctor,his ears where aching, that's how safe and secure he felt each time i took him to Cheo,i can't thank you enough guys,be safe,stay safe,my family loves you.
Took my son (who is terrified of needles) for blood work. He freaked out a little but then realized it didn't hurt and ended up chatting up the nurse taking his blood.

Had to go twice in the last two weeks with my little boy. CHEO's great staff and exemplary service helped us get through this stressful moment as efficiently and reassuring as possible.

Was unfortunate that my son had to visit but when we got there we received nothing but the best service. The ladies and gentlemen there are some of the best nurses and doctors in the world. They care about their patients and it shows. Thank you staff at CHEO for your help and support.
I love Cheo for what they do but my goodness they definitely need more doctors. I brought my 1.5 year old son because he had a fever, was sick during the night and still had a fever in the morning. I got there at 9am, didn't see the Dr till 4pm and was able to leave by 420.
I gave 5 stars because Cheo does amazing work but my experience was a 3 star because it was so busy. 😳
