I came to Dr. Mena Kerolus with excruciating pain over 2 years ago due to Scoliosis and various other issues with my back. He has performed 3 back surgeries on me. The longest one was 6/1/2023. I found Dr. Kerolus to be extremely thorough, professional, made sure I understood exactly the seriousness of it all and very kind. I’m now pain free in the areas he operated. So thankful for him and his staff! Thank you!

I have to say Dr Kerolous and his team has been the awesome! That’s the least I can say. Dr Kerolous was the one who repaired another surgeon’s mistake and for that I have so much confidence in Kerolous. If u or someone u know is searching for the ONE to work on your body this guy is it. Trust me I’m not the one to leave reviews but he deserves it…

Dr. Wewel is the best, he is the best neurosurgeon that I have ever been to. His professional skills are great. His staff is very helpful and with only an arrival time mess up, at least we weren't late they are very helpful and know their jobs well.

I can't put into words how I feel about Dr, Frankel, He is my hero. He really listens and answers all my questions. His staff is top notch, His assistant Jane is so prompt at answering the messages on the my chart, super smart lady. I love the office staff, I love Ernestine so much, she Is so helpful as are all the ladies in the office. Mrs.Paulette the scheduler is on top of things. I had been many place but I dont need to look any further. These are MY people.

Dr. Frankel and Jane Are both wonderful. Anytime I had questions or need to do anything they were there. Their staff is great as well. It never seems like they are in a hurry. They sit and listen to what you have to say. Answer all your questions and make sure they have before leaving the room. That is wonderful. Thank you for the excellent care.

A car accident in June of this year that completely totaled my car and left me in severe neck and low back pain. The physicians and staff at Atlanta spine are amazing! They sincerely care about each and every one of their patients and don't treat you like your just another number. Dr. Bhatti, Meetali Bindra, NP, and Charlie Hicks, NP, as well as their support staff are top notch medical professionals that have treated me more like a family member than a patient. I just had a procedure today with Dr. Bhatti and his staff at their ASC in Buckhead that I walked in to the front door to the moment that I left the building was unbelievable, and today the first day and over a month that I have not had pain in my lower back when I woke up from anesthesia I started crying tears of joy because I wasn't in pain anymore and it's all because of Atlanta Spine. Thank you all so much for the bottom of my heart. I'm honored to be a patient and I look forward to continuing my healing process with Atlanta spine.

Omgoosh I can't believe I didn't leave a review 4 years ago smh ... Dr. M Johnson is an excellent surgeon and now a part of the family. She did a lumbar infusion on me 8/2019 . She explained why I needed surgery and the process for storing my quality of life; she didn't mix words, and I can respect that! It was two days of surgery but it went well... I finished my recovery and PT early!!! I highly recommend Dr. Johnson 100%

If I could give a negative rating, I would do so in a heartbeat. The worst communication and patient billing I have ever experienced. I’m still getting a bill more than a year after my procedure and visits. They wouldn’t return my calls and then sent my outstanding balance to collections… thought my insurance settled everything!! Moreover their “billing department” does not cover billing queries for the surgery center. An absolute SH&$ show. DO NOT GO HERE.

They are so friendly and they care about their patients. Everybody from the Dr's to the staff are amazing. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Dr. Gropper and his staff are amazing!! I had spinal surgery after months of pain. Less than 8 weeks after surgery I have my life back. I will forever be grateful! Dee, Ann, Shirley you were all amazing!! I cannot say enough about my experience. Dr. Gropper was my father's neurosurgeon for 20 years and I would recommend him to anyone!!

April 2021, Dr Max Mondestin performed spine surgery on my lower lumbar. Everything he promised was true. He is the best and I recommend him to everyone. Thank you again Dr Mondestin.

Don’t even look like i got Lipo very disappointed

My experience was great. Not only did my stomach go down but I lost a lot of weight.

I would like to be very clear and precise about my experience with American Lipo Center here with the Atlanta office. The Nurse and Doctor was very professional, nice and very honest about what they can do for me. I really felt comfortable and was eager to work with them. However, the sales woman (KARA) that doesn't physically work out of this office is extremely rude and have no respect for others that are spending their money for a service that her company is providing.

KARA has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. She speaks with no respect and truthfully acts as though she has no work ethic training. KARA called me 3 1/2 weeks before my surgery requesting final payment. I told her I couldn't pay at that moment, without giving the opportunity to explain that I was boarding flight to go out of town and I could handle it when I returned on Monday, she became extremely rude and volunteered to cancel my appointment after I asked her several times not to cancel my appointment. She was so rude and she even hung up the phone in my face. Now the cancellation policy is 10 days before the surgery and I get a full refund, KARA stated that I will NOT get a refund, but I will be refunded.

KARA is HORRIBLE!!! Because of this one person, I would not recommend anyone to do business with American Lipo Centers. However, if you can handle business with only the nurse and doctor at this location, I highly recommend these two because they are great people.

I can't believe someone would allow someone so rude to work for them. During my Pre Op visit, I met two women that was there for a refund because of how rude KARA was to them. These women would rather spend more money for quality service than to deal with a company that allows someone like KARA to work for them.

This type of behavior is unacceptable when providing a service. Whomever is responsible for hiring her, job should be under review as well. This is by far the worst service I've ever received.
