This is some kind of scam. After you book online they send you a link to a registration form where you have to pay more money. Stay away.

⚠️ First check the reviews ⚠️ They are abusing the non-refundable nature of the travel platforms, and providing multiple difficulties in getting into the rooms, such that it is easier just to cancel.

Don't take the risk, do your research, look a the pages of 1 star reviews.

This. Is not a real business, they want your money and don't want to off any services, no bed, no room, no communication, well shouting and verbal rude. Save your time, and save your money as your get nothing but months of trying to get your .only back. Check all reviews, as they say the same, con artists...

I didn't manage to stay in the hotel because they do not accept check in after 22h. I requested the cancellation with more than a month in advance and they were not flexible to give any refund back. I lost 85 euros. If you need flexible check in time, this is not the place.

Host is very rude and threatening. Check in is very difficult and they will try to cancel on you. Highly recommend exploring alternative options.

Disappointing. The hostel is really close to the airport.
1. To get inside you have to pass the quest :4 call to manager, waiting for manager send me a google questionnaire on the street ( it was really cold outside), finding key.. 2. terrible smell in the room

We were told on the phone we could get automated entry after 10pm but then on arrival a different staff member said this wasnt true, so we had to then find another hotel at 10.30pm they refused to give a refund. Very un caring and unhelpful. Refused to take any responsibility. He said 'have a nice night' at the end of the call!

I have seen there is a trend with this hostel; they find any excuse to cancel bookings in order to steal your money. Unfortunately for them, I was inside the building before they could cancel but that lead to a terrifying night. Rui harassed me and knocked on the door at midnight, while I was dressed in my pajamas. I am a 21 year old female and this was extremely horrific for me. Not only was I subjected to harassment but the bathrooms are in a terrible state. It stinks and there is a lot of water damage and rot.
There is NO breakfast. It is a loaf of bread, two sweat bread rolls, a jar of coco cereal (no milk) and a moldy old half cake.
The check-in is terrible. Rui had to give me codes and certain vague information on how to get in to the hostel. There is no staff members on site. They charged me 60€ security deposit after I had payed for the room. I stood outside in the dark trying to fill out a 7 page check in form. They have not reimbursed me, thus my one night stay amounted to 140€ for a dingy room (nothing like the photos), no breakfast, terrible bathroom and harassment. Management DOES NOT care, please do not support these people, this is FRAUD!
