Joyce is a very nice lady but the company leaves much to be desired. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy.
Once you're in there they keep raising the rates about every six months
with no apparent justification till your once affordable unit becomes
an overpriced burden. Steer clear of this company.

Joyce at the Totowa location was a kind, insightful and extremely helpful in helping us select the right unit at the right price for us. She spent the time and asked the right questions to help us find the best solution for our needs. She spent the time and showed us multiple units also in order to make sure we were comfortable with her guidance. Overall an amazing experience and we’re looking forward to moving in soon. The facility itself is very clean the units are as well. They have easy access and a dock as well as a ramp with carts available to make moving in as easy as possible. Not to mention they also sell supplies on site for moving and storage supplies. Just a great fit for everything.

Very easy check in and easy process getting a storage space. Joyce was very helpful and got everything done in a timely manner.
