The salesperson Nick Virene was incredibly helpful and thoughtful through the entire sales process and did not make me feel pressured to buy whatsoever. The dealership was clean and well maintained. Don't buy a used car from here if you expect it to last long. I have had my vehicle less than a year and it's already had tons of issues that I've had to take it into the shop for. Less than a month after I bought it, I already had to take it in for engine and transmission issues. How did they not notice these issues before selling it to someone? They're either crooks or they're incompetent.

Also, their warranty system is garbage. You pay all this extra money a month, and then when you actually need to use it, the warranty company fights tooth and nail for the claim and won't even cover the issues unless it's "completely broken". So when the mechanic notices there is damage to the engine and an issue that needs to be fixed, they won't cover the cost of fixing it unless the engine literally breaks down and stops working? What kind of service is this? So I'm just driving around waiting for my car to break down on the middle of the highway so that the repairs will be covered by the warranty I'm paying hundreds of dollars to a month. They're all crooks who just want your money and don't care about providing a good and reputable service.

Stay away from this place if you want to be taken care and not get ripped off!

I was car shopping for about a week before visiting AN Dodge Ram on Broadway to see a truck listed online. Marco was the sales associate who I dealt with and was a genuine, no BS kind of guy. He answered all questions I had and even brought the manager out upon request to help ease some of my concerns. Shopping with AN was a hassle free and reassuring experience. Edit: After not receiving any paperwork from the bank, I went to the bank that was supposed to have the loan for the car. They had nothing on file for the loan. I then called the dealership to verify the correct bank info. They gave me an application number. Then I called the bank back, they stated that it was held up on the dealership end. Then I called the dealership back, who FINALLY looked into it deeper (something they should have done the first time I called) and found that their "3rd Party" company that handles the paperwork for the loan had held it up with no reason given.
The "great" experience has turned into a mediocre experience at best. I have no plans to use this dealership in the future. It has proven to me that a Car broker is still the way to go.

Adam and Alex in the Ecpress Lane were personable and a pleasure to talk with. Hopefully I didn't take too much of their time. Adam especially made sure to source the brake rotors and pads for my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 and accommodate our schedule; our dealer in SoCal couldn't get them in before we left and we would only be in Denver for a few days before continuing east to visit more family.

I'd happily come back for service when traveling thru Denver!

I'll start by saying this is by far the most professional and welcoming environment I have ever experienced. My experience here was above exceptional. It all started with Chris (Christopher Corrigan), our car buyer. We listed our vehicle using Denver zip code to inquiry for a Kelly blue book offer as we actually live 3.5 hours away in the mountains as trying to sell a car up here things move a lot slower. Chris texted me once he got our inquiry and we were on a phone call within 10 minutes. This happened on a Wednesday from there we stayed in touch via texting and phone calls leading up to Saturday. I had to make sure we had everything before we departed and Chris helped us ensure we had all that we needed. The only thing I would recommend to any person selling a car that is still on any kind of lease is to get the ACCOUNT NUMBER OF THE AUTO LOAN FROM THE FINANCIAL PROVIDER. We saw next to us a group that got stumped due to this and most banks are closed on Saturdays. With that being said Chris was multi tasking taking care of us and another family while letting us all know what he's doing out of respect. Then we met Charlie the manager who came out to introduce himself with our vehicle offer which they came back hyper competitive as multiple dealers contacted us but we went straight to AutoNation of Denver. A part of the bargain was them taking my dogs which we had to negotiate to keep our dogs 😃. His name was Charlie. Charlie was super personable and truly built rapport with us. He also checked on every person in the building asking if they've been taken care of properly. We also encountered Alex who was shadowing Chris whom during our wait built rapport with us and was really friendly. Should I have not met Chris I'd be happy to do business with Alex. Last but not least Ben the sales manager introduced himself which we didn't have business with him but his kindness is really appreciated. If you're in the need to sell your car stop by to see Chris and the team!!! This was by far the easiest experience ever, we stressed ourselves out on it for no reason.

Drove 4 hours To buy a truck 60,000$ truck.
Was promised the truck was in perfect condition on the outside and mechanically. Got in late at night and wasn’t able to see the truck in the daylight. Next day noticed body damage on the hood, a run in the paint from a repair. Oil leak from the engine. Was supposed to have a full tank and ready to go. Tank was half empty, key fob battery’s dead, washer fluid empty. They had 2 days to have the truck ready to go. Was told I’d be compensated and then was ignored. Take your business elsewhere

I had a great experience working with Dan Price and the management team here. We purchased a vehicle initially and they made the sales process easy and very fast. Unfortunately, after a couple of days we realized it wasn't going to be the right car for us. We told them and they took the car back with no push back and gave us a refund. They are true to their word on the 5-day guarantee. I've never had such a good experience working with a dealer and I would highly recommend them to others.

I worked with Jake to purchase a new 2024 Bronco. He was very knowledgeable and him and his wife even owned one themselves. Took it for a test drive and was sold. He even followed me to the rental place to drop of my rental car and drive back to the dealership to drive the bronco off the lot. Great experience and good team. Definitely recommend

Beware! Dishonest and purposely withholding issues with cars. I would stay as far away from this dealership as possible. I bought a Ram 1500 and was told that there was nothing wrong with the truck and that there was a warranty anyway if there was something wrong offered by the dealership. Halfway through the paperwork after talking to the manager, my sales rep Jacob came back and told me that they couldn’t offer the warranty. Bait and switch? After getting it off the lot the truck had electrical issues, leaking water pump, leaking transmission lines, bad heater core. We live in Colorado and need heat and there is no heat!! Worst experience ever, they will not tell you what is wrong so that you sign on the dotted line. Proof of purchase in photos.
