When I went there, he started acting extremely badly toward us. I had purchased five watches there and had noted that the engraving was functioning. He started behaving harsh when we asked for engraving.

I told him I was leaving the country and wouldn't be able to return because they were gifts for my loved ones, and he started by telling me I couldn't do anything. The machine is good, it just takes him two minutes. I have no idea why he is behaving like that.

When my friends asked for engraving, he didn't even speak to them politely. My friends almost bought 10 watches.

Went in and bought a couple of watches. My absolute favorite was my smartwatch it's so easy to use and the quality is top notch. The staff was friendly and answered my questions with clarity. I will buy another watch and possibly a handbag there to. The leather they have is so so nice and reasonably priced to. You wouldn't think a watch store would carry wallets and handbags and also bookbags! I really like Fossil!

Manager was very nice and attentive to every customer even though he was the only employee in the store. Great deals at this store, love the purse I got. Will definitely be back.

In response to the reviews about inconsistent hours and closing early, everywhere is having staffing issues currently, not just this store. Be considerate that the people that are working are probably well over 40 hours to provide customer service to you. If you’re worried about it, just call ahead and confirm their hours that day 🙂

They are hardly open, closing very randomly. Guess they stay open when they wish to. Hours state they are open until 5pm. They were closed at 4pm on a Thursday 🤦 We drove over 40 minutes to get our watch looked at. They still had sales associates in the store when we arrived. Terrible customer service.

I'll be honest, I thought great things about this place 1-2 years ago as my first experience shopping here was awesome and I got excellent customer service. Then recently I've had an issue with a smart watch I purchased here and had nothing but problems. Tried to ship to get it fixed, but the web site is a mess, I had to pay for shipping, and there was a disclaimer it may be gone for 2-3+ months. Then tried to upgrade and pay the difference, but the store closed early due to staffing issues. Called corporate, they had no clue they closed early and were completely apathetic about the situation, offered no solution other than to try back later. Then on my 3rd trip I finally get in to do the exchange, and the lady tells me it's a company known issue with that generation of watch, but don't worry they fixed it with the new generation. I mean come on! They knew of the issue, didn't issue a recall, and still made me pay money to get a new watch or were going to make me pay to repair the defective one! I'll be thinking twice before patronizing this place again. I just hope I don't have issues with this new watch, as this company is of no help... all they want is your $$$. I will not be shopping here again.
