Arrived on an early morning flight on November 23 and thought it make more sense to store our bags rather than going to our hotel. The staff treated us like garbage from the second we stepped in the store. Totally unfriendly and unhelpful during drop off. When it was time for pickup, there was just no one in the store? We stood there with some other customers waiting to get our bags, all of us confused about what was happening. After about 10 minutes when a staff member finally appeared (seemed like they were just in the back out of sight?), they just seemed upset that we were asking for our bags back. They quickly rang us in, but then took forever to come back with our bags. The staff member that went looking for our bags actually called the other staff member to ask us what our bags looked like?! You are a baggage storage service, you literally have one job, and all the bags are tagged? Why do you need to ask me what it looks like after you've been looking for 15 minutes already? $84 dollars for the privilege. There isn't really any other option for this service, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other choice.

Went to get the battery changed, they damaged my watch. Lack of expertise and they told me someone will call me to discuss the case, but no one called me. This store dont care for customers..Imagine being a watch company they just damaged someone's watch and have no answer to it. I could have gone to any other watch shop, however, I went to Fossil expecting high quality of service.

I had a terrible experience with the fossil store manager Muhammad while shopping today along with my wife and 3 years old daughter. We found the store staff extremely cooperative and helpful until we came across Muhammad at the payment counter. Who from the very beginning came across grumpy and unprofessional.
On complaining regarding his rude behaviour he kept saying “you’re taking too long and wasting my time”. I couldn’t believe he’s saying that to a customer in-front of a lot of other people. I couldn’t understand how could I waste his time in 2 minutes of interaction whereas the other sales staff gave me good 10-15 minutes in selecting the watch.
He couldn’t take it well and rather than being professional he kept threatening to call security on me to remove me from the store. I was there with my family and he kept disrespecting me in front of everyone, although I kept reminding him he was being unprofessional and his attitude was wrong. I told him that he’s got a beautiful name but a very rude and arrogant attitude.
I was having a great day with my family and this guy managed to ruin everything within minutes and caused us mental stress. This person’s attitude is not right for the customer facing role. I am a fossil lover and got a collection of Fossil watches however I’ll ensure I never walk into this store again. Disappointed and stressed due to pathetic and unprofessional customer service and that too by the store manager.

First rate service! My wife, son, and I just came in for an engraving and possible watch repair at the Square One location. Urvi and Mohamed both took good care of us. The engraving was easy to choose and done immediately and the quality was perfect. Unfortunately, my old Fossil watch couldn't be repaired at the store, but Mohamed informed me of my options and I ended up with a new watch which I am extremely happy with. My wife also bought some jewelry for a close friend. Urvi and Mohamed were very kind and receptive to our needs and explained everything clearly. We are very happy with their service and will be sure to back again and recommend to others! Thanks Fossil!

Checking in my bag was simple and easy. Unfortunately, it's 5:25am and it's still closed. They're supposed to be open at 5am. I have an international connection at 8am and I need my bag.
5:40am and STILL NO ONE HERE.
It's just my backpack, but it has my car and house keys in it.

We had a great experience the Excess Baggage Company at Terminal 1 of the Toronto Pearson International Airport. The customer service was friendly, fast, and efficient. It was really convenient to leave our larger bags (coming in from overseas on a three day stopover in Toronto before moving on). Easy drop off and easy pick up!

I returned a suitcase to the store 15 minutes after buying it. The credit card reader ‘didn’t work’ so couldn’t refund me. They ‘didnt have enough cash’ either ($275). So they gave me the manager’s email to send the receipt so I can receieve an e-transfer. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received the refund. The manager keeps telling me she is not the one managing the refunds and she will escalate the matter to the head office.
I will be reporting this business for fraud and overall unprofessional behavior.
Avoid at all costs. Their business practices are shady and dishonest.

We had a great experience with Zianne today. She was super helpful and friendly, and gave us some great recommendations for our very short jump into the city. Add that to not having to haul our baggage into the city, we’re happy customers.

Amazing store, amazing friendly staff. They don't allow more than 10 customers inside the store as a covid precaution, but still they'll give you all the attention in the world while you're browsing. So hats off for that. Plus products are personal choices but this Garrett HR Gen 5 watch i picked is amazing and working smooth and fine. The straps are a bit pricy, but I got one from this Fossil Store and others I already had. Overall good experience with both the shop and product.
