We Often visit this store. It's a big store with a lot of variety I clothes,footware, bags and also beauty products. We always spend 4 to 5 hours there.
Terrible service! 1st floor billing counter was closed and had to wait in a queue for more than half an hour. Its basic that they should know have more staff especially on long weekends.
This lifestyle has become horrible. Would suggest you go to another store in Phoenix or in camp somewhere.
1. Lift not working both times I visited in this month. You have to park car and go up walking (my senior citizen mother had a hard time)
2. The store counters are so slow. We stood in the line for 10 mins and we did not move even one ahead. The people and the machines , both are slow, lagging and extremely inefficient.
3. The billing counter people will talk for long time to each customer about the offer etc and for so long that every other person is getting frustrated. So this is not only my personal opinion.
I rarely put up negative reviews ever. But my experience was so horrible. If you’re not interested in serving customers please shut down . :)

Loved the store, great collection of clothes. The staff are attentive and helpful. The trial rooms are also airy, clean and tidy which is a plus point and makes the overall shopping experience enjoyable.
Loved their collection. I did lots of shopping with my friends there. Staff is good. They help in finding size and variety of options.

Pathetic staff at Trial room today. Every time I go to trail room a different staff standing and asking multiple questions to me and my kid before entering and exiting the trail room. They talked rudely with my son as he was carrying small bag for his snacks. My question to them is why don't they issue token and collect the bags at the entrance if they feel so unsafe or doubtful about customers. Second time the other staff said , you have to carry the token displaying number of cloths you are carrying inside.. Third time the staff was asking that are you going to buy all of these cloths ..I did not get what that mean. Lastly when i went after i got my trouser altered again they started asking some rubbish questions. there is no consistency, and every staff has their own ways and rules of working .Very poorly managed staff and store. They don't know what they are doing.
Worst place for shopping. The staff isn’t bothered at all and one has to call out many times before some one responds. The tags have a certain price but at billing they say a different price.

Not a good experience we liked one shoes but it was in bad shape... So we were asking for new piece with same size but there was no other piece available.. so sad
Located on the ground floor of Seasons mall. Various brands available with lifestyle's home brands- Code, Being human, Ginger, Only, Enamor, Triumph, Jockey, etc. Only 2 trial rooms for women's inner wear, that's the only drawback. Home centre is also inside the Lifestyle store, which has great choices in home decor, interior, kitchen etc. Clothing plus home decor, amazing one stop destination 😀
Store is good. But there is problem with upi payment as internet is an issue specifically in the store. U have to pay either cash or by card. So if u not carrying enough cash or card u will be disappointed. I have faced the same issue of upi payment 2 times in a year
I visited here with my wife Very very bad behaviour s in ladies section, last time I visited gents section, service was very good.. girl's in ladies section don't even respond to any query, and give very useless kind of look, two ladies were fighting and yelling on floor , my kid was sitting their they were fighting so badly just next to him they don't even care for it, will attach photos have ticked them, our experience was horrible today, i even asked for manager i was told manager is on off.
Worst service I ever had at store in seasons mall. People working at cash counter doesn’t have sense to speak with the customer. I will ask my friends and family not to visit this place any more. Pathetic service.
A nice place for shopping. They have a trendy collection and staff behaviour and response are good. The ambience of the store is nice. A complete family solution for fashion at one stop.

I personally didn't like the shopping here. I had purchased one carrot fit jeans but the threads removed out of it after a single use only and also there were some tear away points on that jeans. The quality of the brands are okay but not so good. I always found some problem in the fabric whenever I shop from here. Moreover, the staff members moves around you always like bugs without even ask for the help. Lack of professionalism and manners. One more thing is that you won't get shopping bag from for free even if you do heavy shopping. These people charge for shopping bags also that's ridiculous.
Overall, an average shopping mall which needs to improve upon lots of things right from the quality of the fabric to the customer behaviour.

Lifestyle is a wonderful store for shopping. Nice atmosphere. Seating arrangements, trial room, escalator, Billing desk etc. is here. Good number of stock is available for Mens, Women's, kids. You will get Shirt, T Shirt, Shorts, Socks, Shoes, Perfume, Belt, Bag, suitcase, Lingerie and many more items of various Brands here. Staff members are very cooperative and helpful. Card payment is accepted here. Price is comparatively reasonable.

I went here to buy some dresses with my wife. She found a better collection here and the staff were also polite and happy to help us.

There seems to be a significant problem with the cashiers while paying for shopping.
The staff's approach to customers feels as if they were brought straight from a bazar. Their ignorance is on a very high level, their lack of training and organisational skills is beyond tolerance and finally the queue of more than 15 people is not acceptable.

This is such a lovely place to shop for. Staff here are really good with customers. Exchange is easy. There is parking available. Show the receipt while billing and get parking charges waived off. Tooo much to shop for clothing. Large number of varieties available in clothing for all age group. This place won't disappoint you at all.
Such a lovely place. This mall is big and spacious. It has a lot of variety of clothes. They also provide discounts on many clothing. I loved their quality of dresses. You will get a variety of dresses in women section. They have great purses and also footwear. I loved all of their products 😇 they often have new arrivals which are great . I think if they reduce prices a bit then it will be better. Because almost all one piece are of 1299 and above , I'm taking about the amazing one's. Anyways overall everything was good. They so have variety of watches and perfumes as well.
