I feel like they judged me because of my MAT therapy. This was the first time I have ever sought help due to my weight gain. There was a woman that walked out before me that was smaller in size but because I take a medication due to my history of addiction to opiates, I feel like they turned me away. I didn't list my medication due to it having nothing to do with me wanting to lose weight. They did a PDMP on me and the scheduling coordinator made sure it was known and flagged my chart prior to me going back. I was more than capable of paying for the weight loss medication. Prior to seeing the doctor, the medical assistant told me I didnt qualify for anything but b12 shots or semaglutide. I opted to even pay for the shots and was given a pamplet on how to inject myself because they told me a pharmacy would not fill adipex due to the medication I take. I was totally fine with that. I was directed back out to the waiting room to wait on the doctor to see me. After he saw my chart, he asked me what I do for a living as if I did not have financial means to pay for it and dismissed me and told me he would not offer me ANY option. The doctors own words, "I need to hit the gym" instead of any help.

The doctor is unprofessional and rude. What kind of doctor makes a patient wait for an hour, chastises them, and then chases them out of the office because their kids made some noise…while they waited for an hour. If you’re a miserable person, either keep it to yourself or stay at home, but do not take it out on patients that are seeking help.

They are very caring and friendly. The Dr. answers all my questions and concerns. Yes, the medication can be pricey. But, if you follow a plan and stick with it you will lose weight. You can't just take pills or injections and expect weight to magically fall off. You have to put the work in, also.

I've lost weight with them in the past. I lost 40 pounds. Size 14/16 to a 4. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You are allowed to choose the plan that would work best for you. They are non judgmental. I have recommended this clinic.

The staff is friendly, and though some people give a bad rating for reasons, I have been here many times in the past and they will definitely help you lose weight. As long as you give it an honest effort.
