The admins and providers are wonderful here. I was having serious difficulty with my insurance denying one of my meds and the admins were able to get approval after being denied four times. The provider I’ve been seeing is one of the best therapists I’ve worked with over the years. Really recommend Inspire Behavioral Health to anyone who is looking for a responsive and effective practice.
Worst experience I have ever had with a psychiatrist. I had seen Dilys Chebe a handful of times and each time I didn’t feel seen or heard. From trying to figure out medications and help me while I’m struggling I felt like she didn’t have the time for me, our appointments were very rushed and during our appointment once she was like “ okay we need to figure this out as I have another appointment to get too”.There was no empathy or understanding of what I was/am going through. I was told multiple times that she has no other way of helping me as I needed something for insomnia as my anxieties were keeping me awake and she refused to help me. I should have been able to go to my psychiatrist for help and to feel heard and seen. Avoid this place at all costs.
I recently started working with Vaughn and he has been awesome!! I am genuinely so thankful for the opportunity I have had to work with them so far and he has been very understanding and helpful when working with me!
We recently started seeing Dr. Getz and are blown away. He is very warm and inviting and instantly made my son and I at ease. He is extremely good at what he does and was able to form a trusting relationship with my son and myself in a short amount of time. He assessed my son for ADHD and was extremely prompt in writing up the report for us to share with school. He has reached out several times with recommendations for my son and even met with my husband and I for a follow up session to discuss the test results. He is very knowledgable and we feel extremely lucky to have found him.

I had an amazing experience with Dr.Gentz at Inspire! I am not very familiar with the process here, but I felt super calm and it was very easy! So thankful for the treatment I received here, definitely would recommend to anyone.
**obligatory “if I could give 0 stars, I would”**

TLDR: My Rx (that should ABSOLUTELY NOT be quit cold turkey) was withheld from me without warning or reason and until I could see Dr. Chebe for an appointment. They didn’t have an appointment available for quite some time, which forced me to go through extreme withdrawal symptoms. They did not care.

It hurts that I have to write a review like this, but I hope that my experience can help someone before they have something like this happen to them as well. When my Rx ran out, CVS tried contacting Dr. Chebe for a refill. After reaching out 3 times with no response, CVS called me to explain the situation. By this point, I had one dose left. I called Inspire to speak with someone and they explained that I could not get a refill without seeing Dr. Chebe again. I have no problem scheduling a follow up, (I wish they had told me that this appointment was going to need to happen BEFORE my Rx ran out, or maybe even after CVS reached out THREE TIMES for refill) but when I try to, the first available appointment is a little over a week out. I explained to the manager at Inspire that I was out of my medication and she reiterated that I needed to see Dr. Chebe again before I’m able to have it refilled. I did go to CVS and explain the situation where they gave me an emergency refill for 3 days (because they know this Rx CANNOT be quit cold turkey) so that I wouldn’t go through withdrawals. Once my medication was fully out of my system, I did in fact start going through withdrawals. The symptoms I’ve experienced over the last week are nausea, vomiting multiple times a day, headaches, dizziness, fever, sweating, chills, temperature regulatory issues, anxiety, depersonalization, and my personal favorite, suicidal thoughts. Upon experiencing these things and learning more about my Rx (quitting cold turkey and withdrawal symptoms), I called Inspire again. I was beyond confused how anything like this could even possibly happen, so I explained that to the manager of Inspire over the phone. After a few very insincere and clearly annoyed apologies without me feeling like there had been any resolution, she offered to have me quickly seen today. WHY THE HELL WASN’T THAT AN OPTION DAY ONE??????????? At the point of this conversation, my appointment is the next day, so it didn’t make really any difference. I kept my original appointment time and left the conversation there. After finally meeting with Dr. Chebe, I was told that I had an appointment in March that I’d missed (as an excuse maybe for what has happened? I’m not sure) but I simply did not. There were no emails about an appointment, no fee for missing said appointment, no emails about rescheduling, etc. Due to the lack of care from Inspire, I went through a week where my body and mind felt like a prison made to torture me. Luckily, I’d had some time off of work so I didn’t need to make arrangements there, but if I hadn’t previously taken that time there is no way I could have worked in that condition. When you are working in the mental health field, there is a certain grace that you need to possess when communicating with clients. When you’re throwing heavy doses of medication in the mix that can have serious side effects if misused? You need to simply do miles better than Inspire has done. I still cannot believe that these events took place and there’s just nothing I can do about it. It feels like medical malpractice.
I truly enjoy my meetings with Jeanne! She is authentic, kind, empathetic, and hilarious. I appreciate our discussions and walk away from my appointments with a breath of fresh air. I am happy to report that Jeanne has helped coach me to improve my quality of life, expand my gratitude, and appreciate each day. I'm thankful for Jeanne, and I look forward to this journey of progress with her as my guide!
Dr. Jain was wonderful and very kind. I also wanted to say, front desk staff has also been immensely supportive. They’re good listeners and are very proactive. I haven’t had this much ease of communication with a practitioners front desk before. They also text me drug discounts and answer questions during business hours over text. I love that they have such a mature practice. Appreciate it and will keep coming back.
