It’s about time I wrote a review about this place. Have been coming here for meals semi-regularly for the past 6-7 months, and the food is delicious. Not only is the food great and has helped me reach my goals, but the owner Andrei actually cares and takes his time to explain things to his customers. It’s not purely a sales pitch, he genuinely wants to see people succeed. That makes me want to support his business even more. Further, his staff - staff can make or break a business. Every time I’ve had questions/made a mistake with an order, Amy Vancea (never met her, but corresponded with her via email) has been super helpful and never gave me issues with anything. The other staff (I don’t know their names) when I came in-person have all been very friendly as well. This kind of stuff is super important to me outside of the products/service a company sells.

This is the type of business you support. One that actually cares about bettering your health, and one where customer service is top notch. It’s why I keep coming back.

One Life Meals is a very reliable meal delivery service. I personally like the weight loss level 3 plan-it works for me! At some point, one does get tired of eating chicken, but the stuffed beef zucchini boats and white fish with dill sauce and green beans are my favorites.

One life meals is seriously inspiring place for me as an entrepreneur. Yes, it’s a meal prep spot but the way the place is run is really well.

Their assembly line/kitchen is very regimented, the color coding of cutting boards based on végétables vs meat, same with the knives and the owner all embody the values one would have for “one life” as a principle.

Had the build your on bowl with chipotle. Veggies so fresh! Immune power shot just what i needed on this gloomy day. Plant protein brownie was a nice snack later in the day. Not too sweet, enjoyed the cacoa! Thank you!

This place is fantastic! Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle or your general fitness. Their meals are fantastic! And its Halal! Their meals have helped me lost 40+ lbs and my mental clarity is better than ever.

The interior has been built with a lot of love and effort. The best part about One Life meal is the owner/CEO Andrei. He's passionate and authentic. You'll always feel like you've learned something after having a conversation with Andrei. I highly recommend One Life meals to everyone.

This is hands down the best and easiest food delivery ever! I live in an apartment building and the food gets always delivered to my door in freezer bags.

I am very busy with work and didn’t want to think about cooking or buying groceries anymore.
I did choose the weekly lifestyle program and I am on my fourth week. It is unbelievable tasty, and so much variety. Before I started to use one life meal, I was worried that two deliveries per week would be maybe not enough and I would not like the food anymore on the third day (I am picky that way :), but let me tell you, I was very wrong. The food tastes ALWAYS like it was just freshly cooked, doesn’t matter if I use the microwave at work, or the steam heater at home to heat it up.
I also added breakfast in my weekly plan and its soo good, actually can’t believe it is healthy, BUT I lost after 3 weeks already 12 lbs and didn’t feel so good in a long time.

I want to end my review, just with a big thank you to the One Life Meals Team. This is literally a life changer for me!
