Best gym and a flagship of the F45 brand. The trainers here are always so enthusiastic, welcoming and inclusive. They really foster an amazing community vibe. The training format is so efficient and effective, and caters for all fitness levels so you are always pushing yourself out of your comfort zone but never in an unachievable way. Highly recommend trying out!

Very impressed! The participants are all friendly and welcoming. The instructors are professional, motivating and also really friendly to ensure you receive the best experience in each session. The sessions are many and varied so there is something that will appeal to everyone. Highly recommend it!

I joined F45 Training Woolloomooloo just on three weeks ago and let me just say WOW. The energy level at this place is AMAZING 🤩. The trainers are extremely personable and will only help you get the best out of yourself. I recommend this gym 10/10 and believe you should drop in and have a look and I’m sure you will love it as much as I do.

This is by far my favourite F45!!! F45 Woolloomooloo is so much fun!!! The training team are so supportive and friendly. They really push you to your limits. Wow! This studio is seriously so good!! Having visited F45 studios when I travel and been to a fair few, I can safely say this is my fav home away from home for a sweat! The vibes were incredible, all the members were so lovely and the trainers went above and beyond to make sure the workout was going to be the best sweat I’ve had!! So keen to visit again!! There's really is NO place like F45 Woolloomooloo. I have tried other F45's and this is my best F45 choice EVER. Big community spirit, nice gym, great setup, and plenty of classes with DEDIDCATED coaches that are there to push you and/or help you out whatever your fitness level or goals.

I have been training at F45 Woolloomooloo for a couple of years now. I can say the enthusiasm, kindness, support and results that I get from every single session is next level and that's exactly what I needed. I now can see myself stronger, fitter, and everyday I can feel different!
